Still sick and sunburned. :(
Had a super busy day yesterday. Did my cardio, meal prepped all morning, cleaned and got things ready for our hike. We went for our hike in the early afternoon, about an hour and a half. Got home, more cleaning up, made my late lunch (I've been starving the last two days probably from this cold). I made mint chocolate chip frozen yogurt, made the kids their dinner, beef tenderloin, apples, cinnamon, nutmeg with steamed cauliflower, asparagus and applesauce. They ate their dinner outside and I enjoyed my frozen yogurt. Then bathtime and bedtime! I'm exhausted, been so busy the last two days. Just about to do Ripped in 30 with JM and my lower body and then cleaning the house and going for a walk to the store later.
I've been on track with my nutrition the last 3 days. Let's keep it rollin'!
