Hi everyone, hope this day was good for you. I didn't get enough sleep and took a nap this afternoon. It was needed and I am thankful for a flexible schedule to accommodate.
So far, I'm good with the food, but exercise is eluding me. I even signed on for a crunch challenge this month with my daughter and already blew day one (yesterday). Today, I hope to catch up before I blow it entirely.
Wiggle room on my weight! Getting consistent with exercise tipped the scales . . . in a good way~just don't think I need to lose any more--just get firm and fit!

Had a sugar binge yesterday--was scared to get on scale today, but I was down 1 from yesterday--I'm counting my blessings and not planning to gamble with that on a regular basis though :) Walked before work and then again on my lunch break. WW weigh in tonight at meeting.

Went over on calories yesterday because I wanted something sweet after dinner and chose to finish off the remains of a box of cereal. I took today off work and it's a glorious spring day. I slept late and I'll meet a college roommate to see a favorite museum and have lunch to celebrate her birthday, then shopping with my Mom and maybe we'll even get the boat out after my husband gets off work. Oh, and my weight was lowest it has been all week. Gonna be a great day!
I was up a little this morning and boy - I didn't like how I felt when I saw it. I know I've been eating out a lot lately and I think that's the problem. When I fix it I KNOW what's in my meals. When someone else does - I can only guess. A little guessing doesn't hurt but too much of it means I'll probably guess way too wrong.
Had to go in early again today so I missed working out with my trainer. Happily I can get to the gym today by 3:30 and have those weights all to myself! To day it's a full upper body workout.

I've promised myself that I'll check in more often so here I am. Food and fitness Are on track so far today. I took Amelia to a mother and toddler group this morning, Amelia loves it but I hate it, I just don't fit in:( I might try another group next week see it its any better. Hope everyone's having a good day :-)
The scale is finally on a down slide again. I've had two good days, no binges. Hopefully, I can keep it rolling.
Bought some veggies and flowers and did lots of gardening yesterday. We got all our flowers and veggies planted. Just a few small things to do today. We also took an evening stroll on the river with the kids. They have a beautiful garden path there. I got a sunburn! I was trying to get a little bit of sun while gardening and then got so into it I didn't put my sunblock on in time. My back is burnt now and my arms a bit but wow. What a beautiful day yesterday, sunny and in the high 70's. Too bad I caught a cold, ugh. Feeling a little under the weather yesterday and today.
Today is suppose to be another gorgeous day. Just about to do my cardio. Going to finish up our gardening and take a nature hike.
"Toning" is marketing muscles to women who are afraid if they pick up a barbell, they'll leave the gym looking like She-Hulk. It doesn't happen, what does happen is you get results. Lifting Barbie weights does nothing but waste time.

Good day nutritionally yesterday - busy at work and lots to do around the house once I did get home. Weigh in showed a drop in the sudden gain from the day before, but need another one to get back in range before the challenge begins. Not sure what caused that sudden jump, but all I can do now is to try to stay at the lower end of the range and get in what fitness I can with a crazier than normal schedule this week.

a hour of water jogging, physical therapy, and then housework. Potluck dinner for supper so I'm bringing a healthy choice and I know it'll be the only healthy thing there. So wish me luck on my choices.
MOVING AND MAINTAINING. Yesterday is gone, let it go, tomorrow hasn't happened, don't long for it. Today is the present .........enjoy it
Good morning! I'm checking the radar, it's 61 degrees and I'm hoping to get long walk in with fitness buddy before the rain moves in. My sore muscles will appreciate a kinder and gentler workout this morning. :)). I will be in a seminar the next two days, lots of sitting, taking notes learning new develoments. It's always a good seminar and I'm going to try to stand when I can and walk stairs during breaks. I'm attending a local webinar version rather than driving (and sitting) another 3.5hrs a day. I miss networking but not the time and expense of driving.
Finally my plan is to make good healthy choices from the buffet luncheon. Promise made to myself.
