I am glad that you enjoyed it. I tried it once and it was fun. When I was telling my Dr. about it he put a stop to it. I have degenerative disc disease and he said it could aggravate my back and legs over time. He told me to find something else for cardio.

My most favorite cardio workout! Heart-rate sky-high, huge amount of calories burnt, full-body workout and an excellent opportunity to release stress and tension of the day. And fun! Just a word of advice since you're a beginner: Be careful of your joints and tendons. Try not to over-extend during kicks and punches. I hope you have fun with it. Let us know!
