What a WONDERFUL day!!! Perfect in every way. Well, almost. I am always fighting sinus issues, but can't say much else was wrong with my world today.
Did real work today -- no workout, but wish I could get myself better disciplined in working out with a bit of structure . . . push-ups, Bess? I need those! Treadmill? I could benefit . . . however, plain ole walking is my current thing (I wonder how long it would take to walk to Singapore? lol, ugh . . . definitely, just joking)--I have foot issues too, Irene and cannot run or jump too much--tried jump rope a few weeks back and it was just too much for my foot. Manhandling a shovel, a ladder and the Windex was the workout of the day. I am still lifting weights a little at night so I am not being idle. Have had a burst of energy this last couple weeks . . . hope it continues.
Weight today was 124.4. and food choices are very good.
Jep, maintenance may take a while to figure out, but that is why you are here. I have almost completed 5 months and with advent of Spring and with more activity I suddenly lost about 8 -10 more pounds that I wasn't planning to lose. I actually think I like the extra 10 lbs. loss--if that is what is giving me added energy, that is even better. I also like having less tummy bulge--this last 10 lbs. (under what the charts say) seems to have done it. I just don't want to lose anymore . . .

Wiggle room on my weight! Getting consistent with exercise tipped the scales . . . in a good way~just don't think I need to lose any more--just get firm and fit!
