I reweighed yesterday and was 136.0. I figured my increase on Friday was due to eating so late the night before. Today I ran my 3.75 miles for the second day in about the same time of 35 minutes. I also walked the dogs this morning for 30 minutes and plan on trying Hip Hop Abs in the morning!
Did yard work this afternoon. I cleaned my garage last week, Amanda, it sure feels good to get it done. I tried working with hubby today doing some yard work--sometimes we can, today wasn't so good. He was grumpy so I told him to walk away--he did and came back a few minutes later a rather sweet guy. ha! ha!
I would love to go sailing sometime, but just never got the opportunity. Sounds like my kind of day though. I have had plenty of time floating around in a fishing boat and have went canoeing a few times. . . . just not sailing. One of those things to add to my bucket list. I can't even imagine running 10+ miles before church. Maybe I should put THAT on my bucket list. Umm humm!
On track today with food. Some weight lifting and floor exercises--about 30 min. And, about 3 hours of yard work.

Update! NO MORE Wiggle room on my weight! Still figuring out how to keep balance and stay in charge. Staying active but could step it up again.

Had a 5K today and crushed my old PR and also met my goal of a sub-28 race! I ran it in 27:53.
Ate a little bit more than I usually would, but only because it was a race and I tend to over-exert in races and therefore find myself needing a little more fuel! My food choices were still good though despite the slightly increased volume.
I didn't weigh myself this morning, but the last time I did, Friday, I was at 138.
Good weekend ending with some R & R reading a book. Have been working a lot lately on some projects that are taking more time than I estimated so feels good to have a little break before flying back at it. Still maintaining my weight and feeling good!
Weather too bad for sailing yesterday and that threw us off, we didn't do much, went out for a sausage extravaganza lunch and had potato chips for dinner. My weight is up from last week but still lower than it has been all this week. Family birthday dinner tonight for my sis-in-law.

I wanted to do floors yesterday, but realized that we are tracking leaves, dirt, blossoms, etc. in from the garage. Thought I would just do a little sweeping out there, but ended up cleaning the whole garage! DH saw me working and came out and put together a big shelving unit that he has been putting off. It felt nice to be so productive together.
So that means today I still need to do floors! HA! I'll get some housework done and have to get to the grocery store today. Oh, and laundry :( Not sure what I'll do for fitness. Maybe the Nike+ Kinect Training game. It is tons of fun!

Yesterday was perhaps the most active day I've had in ... years? Went into town so I stopped by the gym intending to do a bit of stationary biking and some weights. But there was a Zumba class that usually starts just when I'm leaving so I stayed for that instead. I also did 13 Yay for me! I've been a little behind on my push-up challenge so it's nice to get back to them.
Of course, Saturday is usually housework day and I had a lot of that to do - Now everything sparkles and I have all of today left of the weekend. I have 3 boxes of daffodils someone gave me from an excavation project - they will get planted today. Maybe 300 of them. they may not bloom next year after being disturbed at the wrong time of their growth cycle, but these are from a 17th century back yard so I figure they'll bounce back.
Once my husband asked me "Just how many daffodils do you need?"
I answered "When I have ten thousand I will stop. I have about 4K so far"

So glad to hear that everyone seemed to enjoy a little spring weather yesterday. I, too, was able to get a nice little run in - 2 1/2 miles to the nail salon and then 2 1/2 miles home after before going to work. In addition, I had one of the best days I have ever had nutritionally and this morning weight is holding steady within goal range. Still on the high side, but I'm working on it. All the cardio I'm getting in preperation for this half in a couple of weeks is good, but I've got to get back to some strength training and build some muscle. There just isn't a realistic way for me to keep my calories at 1300-1350 avg a day and be content. Just another part of this learning experience I guess. At least I am not gaining. Well, getting dressed and then off for a LONG (10+ miles) run and then to church....home to make a nice early dinner for my sisters and then back to church to do lighting for IGNITE (our bi-annual praise and worship night). Hope you all have an absolutely glorious Sunday!

Beckie and Kellie I joined you in the back yard yesterday. It was glorious and grand. Even pulling weeds is a privilege when it's so beautiful. We also got our jet skis in the water and I put another 15 K steps on my fitbit.
Maree it sounds like a real push for you right now. Along with Kellie, I wish you strong arms to wrestle that schedule down to human size/scale!!

It was a beautiful day yesterday. Had a nice run in the morning and we got outside and did yard work. We're finally having Spring weather. Today I want to get out for a short run and this afternoon I have softball practice.
