Good Afternoon from Indiana!
Overcast and cool today, but still beats the arctic cold. I can still get out and do things in this weather (except when it rains or is too wet) .
Picked lettuce and onions from the cold frame yesterday. Whoopi! I LOVE fresh lettuce. However, my husband just not get the fact that I really like green onions and never ever plants enough for me. He is in charge of planting so I comply, even though every year for 30+ I encourage him to plant more. lol
On track with a weigh in today of 127.4. and in my range. Actually, a little below, but thinking about moving my target down from 135 to 130. I have been getting consistent below 130 readings off and on for about a month now.
Eating hasn't been a problem except a few nights ago I got the turkey breast meat out and did a little binge eating--ugh the next morning left me bloated, loaded, ikky feeling and not especially happy with myself. Back to normal now, I think. Wondering if I gave in to the turkey because I needed extra protein or was it an emotional binge??? . . . . . hmmmm, may have to get back to you on that. But, for now, just dismissing and moving on. I got past it and that is most important.

Wiggle room on my weight! Getting consistent with exercise tipped the scales . . . in a good way~just don't think I need to lose any more--just get firm and fit!
