Good morning everyone and welcome Sandi! This is a great check in place and a very positive team.

I'm feeling better this morning, less body pain and am determined to stay as natural as possible with my pain control management. I finally booked an appointment with an RMT on Monday as my extended health care will cover $500 a year in services for paramedicals, so I thought I'd best use it up!!!

I sure hope everyone has a great day and Maree, I hope you don't get too overtired!!!

It's a great day in Indiana, still a bit chilly, but I'll take it!

Went over on calories yesterday --- I was 'on track' and then just before bed I pigged out on . . . of all things turkey breast meat. I was just going to have ONE piece and ended up eating much more. I guess if one is going to blow one's diet one is lucky to do it with healthy food. Ugh! Unfortunately, I feel it in my belly today---stupid, stupid, stupid. As a result, my weight (that food is still in my belly) is up again. 130.1 today.

Welcome to the team Sandi! Hope you enjoy our little group. And Maree, I hope you are feeling less tired. Maybe you'll get revived by days end and hopefully tomorrow will be better.




Update! NO MORE Wiggle room on my weight! Still figuring out how to keep balance and stay in charge. Staying active but could step it up again.

SW: 275-276 Ht. 5'6"
GW: 135 (goal range: 130-140)
CW: WAS 124.7 NOW: 143.5
My focus is health AND fitness! And LOSING 10 lbs. again!

emoticon Sandi! Maree, I really admire your ability to get moving when you are tired. I was dragging yesterday and couldn't even persuade myself to take a walk in the sunshine. Not quite as bad this morning, but really looking forward to sleeping later tomorrow. Happy Friday!

Happy Friday, team. Welcome, Sandi! This is the best check in place on the planet--just thought you'd like to know (-:

Slept like a rock last night. One of those "sleep was a gift" nights. Loved it. Making a rhubarb crisp before work this morning and having a friend in for lunch. Rhubarb speaks SPRING to me, and it also speaks of my mom who grew it and made one heck of a good rhubarb pie.

It's the little things--and little portions of the rich things--that I'm looking forward to today.

Hi Sandi!

Yesterday I ended up with daily yoga and a fantastic game of kick ball with my DD in the back yard, plus my walk. I weighed in for the first time since vacation. 144.8, that's down 1 pound 2 ounces from before vacation. I'm in range, but I really was figuring the scale had gone the other direction. It was a happy weigh in emoticon
