Running this morning, back to spring cleaning and de-cluttering....if the weather holds out, a walk with hubby~

I weigh 123. I walked the doggie four times today. I took Mom out shopping and to the doctor's and bought a toilet raiser for the bathroom. Mom likes it and now she can get up easier. I need to have grab bars installed next. Linda from bean town

Lunch out with girlfriends today. Ate way too many tortilla chips, but everything else was reasonable. Not enough sleep the last few days either.
Weigh-in today was 124.1. However, after today I expect to be up to 130 by morning. lol
Back to routine tomorrow, I hope and better control.
Update! NO MORE Wiggle room on my weight! Still figuring out how to keep balance and stay in charge. Staying active but could step it up again.

After two days of iffy weather today looks like it's going to be a beauty...so naturally, it's a work day! I got the boat curtains sewn except the privacy curtain for the head. Husband hung the rod for that one yesterday, so it's just a matter of getting it sewn. I'm going on a carb extravaganza for a few days. Husband bought garlic bread yesterday so I'm making it the centerpoint of two meals. Got mini bagels for breakfasts and I'm planning on Italian beef sandwiches for one or two meals this week. I think that's more bread than I've had in the last six months! Went a bit over on calories yesterday and way over on sodium. Should do better today on calories, but I'm still too salty!
Wow, it sure sounds like everyone had a productive weekend. I did too..
Yesterday I got 3 loads of laundry hung outside to dry, walked the dogs for an hour, did a 50 session on my stationary bike, baked 4 loaves of whole grain bread and one big round loaf of Finnish sourdough rye. Phewww.. it was a lot, but the amazing part was I had the energy to do it..
Today is an easy day of yoga and just putzing around catching up on little things..

Had a GREAT weekend--so productive. Whole yard is raked up and hauled away--was in and out of the house in 20 minute increments alternating between raking and rolling daughter's hair in hot rollers, polishing her toe nails--gave her a manicure--she went off to have my sister finish the hair ( I can't french braid nice like my sister does) and I finished raking--went for a nice walk--boyfriend fixed my slow kitchen drain, and we went to the "grand march" for prom at the school. Sunday--loaded up all the yard stuff in the truck, got son to meeting point with his band director--back home to finish up yard and just sit outside in the sunshine and visit with my daughter (who had just crawled out of bed) and my boyfriend before getting ready for concert--ended the weekend with pizza--haven't had that in weeks!
Weight is still on track!

Ahh, Monday. Rough weigh in this AM. The scale showed THREE pounds up - and I'm pretty sure that two days did not add three pounds, even if my nutrition wasn't the best and I didn't get to tracking food on Saturday. That's going to mess with my averaging for sure, but it is a wake up call for me that I cannot get lax about tracking and recording my food - not for even a day until I am comfortably in my maintenance range for some time. Got to get moving and then work 2-11 tonight. Finally a day off tomorrow with not too much scheduled. Good thing as I have a ton of chores to catch up. Hope everyone has a lovely Monday and a good week!

Gooooood mornin! Hope everyone has a great Monday after an active weekend.
I didn't get my bike ride in yesterday but I did two brisk 15 min walks with the dog, the SP Jump Start Cardio, then the Cardio Kick, then the Barre Arms video I think it was, then the SP seated upper body video. My arms are barking this morning so that's good.
It's going to be a nice day today so I plan on hitting the walking path at work a couple times today.

Sheesh, cold enough...again...to break out the winter coat. Neither side of my brain wants to come to grips with this. Yesterday was cold, too, but the wind died down, so the sun compensated some. We had two good hikes, one at a state park and one at a national park. Today, I'll try for my walk at lunch, because I'm on a decent streak for 10,000+ steps daily. Tonight is yoga, so it's my loooong day.

It sounds like we all got active this weekend. We had beautiful sunny skies yesterday but it was c c c c cold! Had to build a fire in the stove - in the morning. brrrrr.
I did some pretty serious thinking about What Next - as I sink into this maintenance place - and as promised, my Left Brain created a plan with my Right Brain late last night. I posted about it in a blog. Nothing so helps me figure things out as well as blogging.
Today it's going to be 30 minutes of aerobics and about the same of ST. I still want to get those 25 push-ups under my belt and when I finally got back to them on Saturday I could only do 8.

Weight is up this morning. Will focus on drinking plenty of water today. Ran 2 miles on the treadmill this morning. Feeling really tired.
The high is supposed to be 77 here today and 46 tomorrow!! UGH!

I am with you. I had great workouts yesterday. I am in better control of my eating, and feel so much better. I am starting the day on my exercise bike, off to work and then zumba later.
I am determined not to regain those 35 + pounds.

Good Monday morning. Wow I slept well--must be all that fresh air yesterday. It was a real bonus day as the clouds which were predicted did not roll in and we had a beautiful day. I bought and planted a flat of flowers. :))
Headed to gym for 30 min cardio and 60 min ST class. I may get to take a walk at lunch too.
