Thank you so much. I have been looking forward to this day for a long time! I am prouder of my two years of maintenance than of the actual weight loss. I have been trying to find the stats for regain after two years of maintenance and I found it right here--only 50% Gosh, that has dropped drastically from that 95% regain stat you always read. I am very very happy about that. For the first time, I feel confident that I CAN keep this weight off forever. But, as always, wish me luck!!
