Hi team. Today was my pool day but my landlord had other plans for me. She had her grandson come to fix the windows so I took a walk instead. I still could have gone to the pool but I missed the water Zumba class so I will hopefully get to go on Wednesday. I treated myself to a small pizza tonight with everything on it except anchovies. I ate half and I will have the rest for lunch tomorrow. I calorie banked for 2 days so it will come out alright for the week.

Ya'all are tempting me with the coffee . . . I can almost smell it. I love coffee, but coffee doesn't love me, so very moderate in drinking it.
Feeling lazy today, but got up took a shower, started laundry and submitted an Purchase Offer on a house for clients. Thank You, God! Sales have been sporadic for me (I work independently now and don't get the action like the big brokerages), so I am hoping (and praying) the offer goes through to closing . . . I could sure use a paycheck.
Chicken stir fry for lunch, but don't know about the rest of the day--hope to get outside and do some yard work and walking. Hope??? I WILL get outside and do some yard work and walking!!!! Better? I think so!

Update! NO MORE Wiggle room on my weight! Still figuring out how to keep balance and stay in charge. Staying active but could step it up again.

Hello again, it's been a while since I last checked in or been active on spark for that matter. Time seems to be speeding by and I rarely have time to breathe. I've still been doing my fitness but I haven't been tracking it so I'm getting back into that habit this last couple of weeks. The weather's slowly warming so I'm adding turning over the garden to my fitness, It's taken me two weeks so far (I can only do half hr a time with LO) I love gardening and I'm already finding more and more plant pots making their way into the house while I wait for the last of the frosts!

Happy Monday all: Just gearing up for the day here on the west coast. My y-spin class is in the evenings on Mondays...much prefer my morning yoga classes but will take what I can get! Still glowing for a great day yesterday supporting a young woman as she prepares for next steps after she finishes school and so honoured to have shared her first network gathering! Am reading a great book by Daniel Pink on 'drive' and the way we energize and motivate ourselves......not necessarily new info but put together in a way that is really valuable. Written in 2009 I think so probably not new to a lot of you but worth the read if you haven't found it yet. Lots of projects on the go this week so need to fly at it. Have a day everyone!!
Jeannie, that's a great goal! I got some decluttering done in my sewing room over the weekend, but somethings just got moved from one part of the room to another, so I should try to make it a goal for the week to tidy one area a day. I'm hoping that now that I've got my pedometer working again it will be added incentive to get moving. I was awakened this morning at 4:57 by chirping robins. *%$#@ birds! I wish they'd nest someplace else or at least sleep until dawn! I have to get up early enough without their help.

A slow start to the day. Slept in a bit....not sure why I feel so tired. Must be the icky grey windy weather. What happened to spring?!? The Paella yesterday came out well. Kind of was a way to get rid of lots of little bits of veggies etc that needed to get used up. Made alot, so that and salads and soups will be the meal plan for dinners this week. Weight still holding steady, and it doesn't look like it is going to drop until I start being more consistent with my fitness. Talked with a running buddy yesterday and we set up dates for Tues and Fri to meet up for runs and of course, now it is forcasted to rain Monday - Friday of this week. Oh, well, gonna try to stick to it anyway!

Morning everyone! Got a slow start, but that's okay. I'm also waiting on coffee. ;) I'm about to do some ST with Coach Nicole. It's going to be windy here this afternoon, so that almost certainly means my gym buddy and I will be hitting the treadmill after work. I had a good combo of relaxation and productivity this weekend, and also had a good weigh-in yesterday.
Two cups of coffee down & finally online at work, no thanks to the people who are supposed to maintain the servers. Found someone with a hotspot, but wireless won't get me to the shared drive where my work folders are.
Ooooo. What are you reading Irene? and Toni - ditto. I fix the coffee first - then log on. I want to sit back and s a v o r.
This was the most active weekend - it was also beautiful, sunny and warm so, it would have been a shame to have ignored all the possibilities. If you do weight watchers, it came to 16 activity points - or 4 hours of exercise. Wow. Of course I was washing all the clothes that were dirty and all the stuff that came out of the attic and my washing machine is on the 2nd floor and I hang clothes on a line - that was a whole step class worth of stairs!
And now it's Monday - and we have a whole week of spring like weather promised us from the weather dot com guys. Yay!

Good morning! I'm waiting for the coffee to brew. I could have slept another hour. I guess all that fresh air and hiking over the weekend did me some good.
I'm headed to the gym for 30 min cardio and a 60 min ST class. It's 61 degrees right now and if it wasn't so dark I'd run outside -- just can't get enough of "spring"!! Rain is predicted later today. Okay gotta get moving.
