Not sure what 'late' means for check in but here I am. Am on the west coast so that probably gives me a little leeway!! emoticon
Having fun enjoying my new weight and continue with planning and tracking my nutrition and fitness activities. My daily tracking of my goals really helps as well.
Congrats to you Toni for being a motivator!! You will inspire me as I start this journey into maintenance land!!!

That is so great! Keep up the great job! I have to be with Mom and can not work outside the house right now. I am my Mom's caregiver. It takes a long time to care for her. I have been walking the dog today and doing heavy cleaning. Best wishes, Linda from bean town

Hey everyone! I'm checking in late because I had a really busy morning, but I wanted to pop my head in. I did some HIIT and made myself a healthy lunch, even though I had to run out the door because of the time I took on those two. I'll be doing yoga tonight while my partner makes dinner. I really need to get some new clothes soon because I feel like I'm drowning in most of the stuff I have. A co-worker called me "skinny minny" because of how loose my clothes are (weird to hear that, for sure).

Hi everyone.. I'm feeling all puffy this morning from a salty bean dinner last night.. and the scale showed the water retention this morning.. I've had a few down days as my eldery Mom has been in hospital, but I got good news this am and she may be coming home today. She lives "across" the water.. on the the mainland. All this turmoil through me into a fibromyalgia flare, but I'm putting one foot in front of the other and today I am going to focus on getting lots of water and it's stationary bike day, so that will help with the body aches..

I hope everyone has a good day and to those who are feeling slck.. get better soon!

Good Morning all! I hope our sick friends start feeling better soon. It is no fun to be sick. Take care and get better.

Congrats to everyone who at least made it to the daily check-in today! And for a new Spark motivator! Whoohoo!

I am on track on food, although moving a little slow on the exercise yesterday, but hope today is better. Showing 9 houses today, it'll get me out and about and my blood circulating. Not exactly exercise, but activity. It's still so chilly . . . and I have 5 vacant houses, I hate showing vacant houses on cold days . . . empty houses are always colder than it feels outside. I guess I can think of it as burning a few extra calories---from shivering.

Update! NO MORE Wiggle room on my weight! Still figuring out how to keep balance and stay in charge. Staying active but could step it up again.

Not a great start to my morning. My guts are convulsing so I've made several bathroom trips AND threw up on the way to work. I think throwning up while driving is about as awful as it gets. At least I was stopped at the light. I feel sorry for the poor taxi driver behind me who had to watch. But hey, the day's just about got to improve from here, right? emoticon

Good morning team.

Woken in the middle of the night with a puking kid. DH couldn't stay home with her because of state testing at his school. I have a quick work thing this morning that I can't get out of so I'm taking her with me. She's excited.

Didn't get my ST in this morning. Couldn't wake up after the up and downs last night. I'll be able to get it in this afternoon. Food has been good this week. Have a couple of challenges this weekend.

Ate horribly the last two days - an emotional issue to be sure. Had the cat in for surgery and trying to run around and take care of two dogs at home, a handicapped sister and the cats appointments and chauferring overwhelmed me. Going to have to work on this. On track this morning and lots to do, but going at it strong and steady and meeting with friends for a long run this afternoon. Planning on 8-9 miles if I can.

I got up this morning and blogged on my livejournal about behavioral science and addiction recovery in my own journey, and now I'm kind of addicted to the behavioral research. Anyway. Yes, Lynn, workouts are key. I work out very hard because I still have trouble eating within range. My trainer has put me through the ringer the last couple months but I need it!

It's supposed to be 60 today here in the Chicago area. FINALLY! We have a beautiful walking path here at work. I hit it yesterday, I plan to get back out there today.

Planning a city touring 5K run through downtown Chicago with my daughter. Can't wait to get that confirmed.

Woo Woo Toni! So proud of you - so excited to see you in the spotlight.

Thursday has always been a favorite day of mine - it's almost the weekend but you still have 2 days to get everything done you wanted to do this week. Now Thursdays are even better - It's strength training day with the personal trainer at the gym. Love love love this. He pushes me really hard, making me do things I would never even think I could do - and we always laugh because when I say "I can't do that" he can trick me into doing it anyway. I'm usually wiped out and high as a kite afterwards - at the same time!

Had a super vegan supper last night and stopped before I went over my daily calorie limit. Feelin' proud.

Good morning. Passover was so challenging for me, lots of bad food choices around and limited exercise available. Now that I am cleaning up after and putting my things back I am focusing on decluttering my house, and getting back on track with food and exercise.

I see from reading all the posts on this group that exercise is key, and I plan to make it a big part of my life.

Toni. Bouncing is good it will burn up more calories, good for you, you deserve the recognition.
I am not bouncing much much as have vertigo attacks again, I did go to my doctor this time as it is the
2nd bout in 2 weeks. She did lots of tests on me. Apart fom Bp being high she couldn't f ind any thing else at fault, . I am on anti dizziness pills now. emoticon . Irene

Good morning! Quick check in as I have a dentist appt at 8 and have my long walk with fitness buddy at 4:45. Great day yesterday. I got hungry and tired and started eating snacks so I went to bed. Got a horrible Charlie horse in my inner thigh but once I got it relaxed I slept good.

Just a cleaning for me Irene. Hope your toothache is better.
