My jet lag is officially gone, so I'm finding it harder to get up again. It would help if I'd go to bed earlier, I know, but the last two days have been long ones, so I didn't even get to dinner until 8:00 or after. To accommodate my early alarm, I should be in bed by 8:30, but that's just not happening.
I finally stayed in my calorie range yesterday, but I didn't do anything for fitness. Really need to get out for a walk today and start breaking in my new shoes. The old ones went to the Soles for Souls campaign last week. Thank goodness New Balance ships fast, though I wish they'd had the same model I wore out. It's really hard shopping for shoes with my wide, triangle-shaped feet, so I stick to NB shoes built on an SL-2 last.
