Thanks for the goodie! Maintenance is still a challenge. Probably always will be! I find tracking is the best way to keep myself honest. Thankfully, SP makes that easy. I can't envision not checking in on a daily basis. I travel a lot and that is a real downfall. Seems like I'm always taking off the weight I gained on a trip. But the key here is that I AM taking it off on every return, and that speaks highly of the SP program. It works if you work it and it won't if you don't!
