Not the best eatibg this weekend, but could have been much, much worse. Back on track today and not giving up. Actually saw a smalll drop over the course of the month. Not nearly what I would have liked, but at least the scale is heading in the right direction. Fitness is improving, again, not as much as I would like, but better....more consistent, and, I have signed up for a half-marathon (in six weeks) which I will probably end up doing a run/walk, but with the 10K in 3 weeks and then the half after that, it should keep me consistent on getting in the training miles.
