Cardio, Coach Nicole's Turkey Burner workout, stretching. Two Sparkpeople videos. An afternoon walk.
In our area it is the most beautiful Spring weekend imaginable. Lots of church for me this weekend since I'm in the choir. Long but beautiful and moving services. This afternoon the family will gather for dinner at a restaurant--a first for Easter. I think it will be nice to have everyone together without the responsibility for preparation or clean up. I'm not tracking this weekend, but Monday it is back to it. Good luck decluttering Celia, I need to do some of that myself, especially since I want to start on a big sewing project soon: making curtains and recovering cushions for our boat. Never mind that I've never made a box cushion before. By the time I'm done I should be really good at it! (Or completely crazy! )
Hi All, It is Easter Sunday I went to church. I came home and walked the doggie. I eat a light lunch of an hard boiled colored egg with toast and decafe coffee. I am ready to fold clothes and then take the doggie outside for a walk again. I am going out to eat with family for supper. Best wishes, Linda from bean town

Easter with kids is so busy, but I took some time this morning to update my photos. 9 years ago I started on an abstinence that evolved into a decision that chocolate wasn't food for this body. You'll see white chocolate on my tracker, but I mean theobromine. I don't talk about it a lot since people will think I'm a zealot, and as we know I still became obese.
If I hadn't made that decision, I would probably have gotten much more obese than I was at 212. I was pretty stable in the overweight but not obese range for many years until age and injuries took their toll. But that's what's on my mind today.
Losers Keepers Motivation for Maintenance:
I was at church this morning with some of our family a beautiful and emotional service. Home for a rest and now going to our sons home for an Easter dinner,
it's good bye to March today ! Irene

Good morning team and Happy Easter to those who celebrate.
I overindulged last night at poker. It was healthy food (beans, cornbread, guacamole, chips) but high calorie none the less. And it must've been salty because the scale is showing it today. And I had just gotten that spring break gain off! Will focus on water today and eating reasonably.
I made a scavenger hunt for the girls to find their Easter baskets. The clues even rhyme! So excited to see them run around and look for their clues. It is supposed to be beautiful today. But it rained last night so the grass is wet :/
Everyone have a great day!
I'll make it to the moon, if I have to crawl.

Sounds like everyone is doing well. Thinking of Toni's mom today!
I had a good day yesterday, walked the dog and got a three-mile+ run in. Last night after early Easter at my sister's I sat down with the remote. Thinking about how I overate a bit, and since DH was working, I put on the music channels we have on cable and danced for a half hour.
Today will be a walk with the dog then maybe the elliptical after DH heads to work this afternoon. Maybe another dance party!
Happy Easter to all who celebrate!

Good morning my maintaining friends and Happy Easter to those for whom it is precious. Today I get to drink diet Pepsi again - since that was my Lenten sacrifice - so good for me. There were days when I was sorely tempted but I have not let a drop pass my lips. Here's hoping my abstinence made my heart grow less fond. LOL
Today is also Himself's birthday and yesterday we took a jaunt down to Jamestown to deliver books and to go to Williamsburg to see the Michelangelo drawings at William and Mary's art museum. (this is all in Virginia). We went to an all-you-can-eat buffet restaurant and I certainly ate all I could eat. Not sure if I can call yesterday a healthy day yet - which means I may start a new streak today instead. I'm going to have to think about it. I really ate 2 days worth of calories because, of course, I had carrot cake and chocolate chip cookies. But I'm not yet over my weekly total. A lot depends on what I do the next 2 days.
Okay - sorry here - too much information. But I did get in a wonderful walk, traversing the entire Colonial Williamsburg town. It was an active day if it was not a healthy eating day.
Have a wonderful Sunday my Spark Friends.
I'm sure I will be indulging a bit today. It's been planned so I'm ok with it. Hopefully the weatherman will again be wrong and bring us some decent weather.
Good morning and Happy Easter!! A full day yesterday as we celebrated all the typical activities except church service, which we are planning to do this morning. A shower kept us from building a bonfire but granddaughter sure enjoyed herself anyway. She will be up soon so I must hurry.
I'm hoping the outfit I grabbed out of the closet will fit. I'm trusting in my maintenance plan but still have those fears. I'm fondly remembering all those Easter sunrise services singing in the choir. I'll sing along today, silently if I must
She's up. Gotta go!! Hope all have a great day!!!
What a wonderful way to celebrate, Toni!
DH has to fly today, but it's an out-and-back, so he will be home for dinner, which is a blessing. My goal today is to do a LOT of decluttering, get the laundry done, do some house cleaning, and get much exercise. Yesterday we walked a volksmarch in perfect conditions: 60 degrees, bright blue sky, national park before the summer hordes hit. Just wonderful!

Good morning -
Happy Easter to those who celebrate it, and Happy Spring to everyone. It is Sunday and my DH and I will be following our grandkids on their hunt for eggs, a wild and ruthless activity in our family. Our Easter bunny is one crafty character. Hides eggs in the darndest places!
I can feel the longer days lightening my spirits, steps and menu thoughts. I am also remembering my mom today. It would have been her 97th birthday today; she lived to be 93. She loved spring flowers and had a beautiful garden.
The best of Sundays to everyone.
Go slow to go fast.
