I am reporting in this morning ready fro duty. Phew I do not want a vertigo a attack again. Really knocked me out . But am feeling a lot better now and gradually starting to get back to routine.i do like and need routine. Even managed 15 mins exercise today , fantastic, thanks for your good wishes. Irene

Hey team! Busy day - no check in time this AM, but have just a free moment or two before I grab a cup of hot tea and head to bed for one more fully packed day before the long weekend. Had to splurge at lunch, chicken livers....yummy, but hopefully made up for it by having a large salad with FF dressing for dinner and a good workout on the way home from work. Got to get it logged and get everything set out for work tomorrow and the Adventure Run right after work. It'll be nice to be able to run outside without a headlamp....and maybe this weekend it will be warm enough to run without jacket or headband or gloves!

Danger Day at work--a catered appreciation lunch. I'm going to try to be selective. Last evening I decided on the spur of the moment to donate blood, prompted by an email from the blood center that they were low on my type. I was too low in hemoglobin so I got a 30 day deferral. It's in the normal range, but too low to share!

So far, tracked all my food, and had a longer and short walk, and about 30 min busy housework. I tracked all my food so far, and am withing my calorie range, and wrote a blog. On track for a perfect day! :-)

Had a really awesome run this morning. Ate a healthy breakfast and have healthy meals planned the rest of the day. Mom came over for dinner last night and it was nice. When I called her she said that she hadn't been out of the house in several days. There is no sense in that when we are just 15 minutes away. Got her to commit to eating dinner with us every Tuesday. I'm feeling really good about that.

Maree, glad you are sleeping better. I'm a bit like Bess lately. The jet lag is slooooowly easing, but I still wake up between 2 and 3 am and then crash about 2 pm. Yesterday I fell hard asleep on the bus ride home. Thank goodness I wasn't parked at the first commuter lot, or I'd have had to walk back.
Kellie, your workouts sound intense and I hope after the burn you are feeling strong! Maree, you sound focused on food and fitness, as does Bess. So smart to plan ahead around a birthday splurge too. We need a voodoo spell to get rid of that vertigo, Irene. Thanks for hanging in with us even though you don't feel well.
I had a good workout day yesterday and went to dinner and a movie last night with a friend. (Silver Lining Playbook). Salty restaurant meal, but I didn't overeat. To think I didn't taste all the salt in restaurant meals before Spark!
Pushing myself to do a long walk this morning. My yoga class is on break, but I think I've found another to slip in for tomorrow.

Haven't been sleeping well at all - and I predict I'll crash sometime this afternoon. Fortunately I can go home early today and do that if I need to but it means a second day missing the gym. I got in a good step workout at home yesterday, but I hate to think I'll miss aerobics tonight. Ahh well. Such is life during budget week.
Pre-tracking 2 meals out of 3 each day seems to be helping a lot but this week I made a promise to organize the kitchen to be more supportive of my quest to make healthy choices. This weekend is a big birthday weekend at our house so I'm also banking calories/points for a splurge.

Hi exporting in ,still on sick list but am improving.its 3rd day now of vertigo attacks. I had hoped to get moving today but my head still whizzes round if I bend or move suddenly so no exercise again. I can only go with what my body and head are telling me. Most of snow goes from our area now, happy Easter week Irene.

Good morning! Another great night's sleep. I'm headed to the gym for 30 min elliptical and 60 min RIPPED class. Nutrition on track but need to enter dinner into yesterday's tracker. Goal is to be more accurate there.
