Truly a lazy day. Went no where and did very little . . . except I did exercise. Today, I focused on Yoga. Thinking I like it very much. I skipped the jump rope (another new introduction into my exercising) since it rained most of the day and I really need to do that outside, but maybe tomorrow I can get in a few minutes of jumping. (a few minutes is about all I can do right now but hopefully my stamina will improve). Amanda told me about a SP video on jump rope if anyone is interested. I also did some step exercises and weights. Got in about an hour! Yeah for me!!!!!
I am so glad I am FINALLY starting to get an exercise regime rather than hit and miss like before. I think it will help me on firming up all this loose skin---or that is my hope. Any way you look at it, it IS good for me--inside or out.
I ate a hamburger today! Not happy about that, but I just crave it sometimes. I ate a big salad and made an open face sandwich with the meat patty on low calorie bread. I made a meatloaf/veggie patty, but still figure I had a full portion of meat since I still like to eat large portions to feel full. For breakfast/lunch I had about a cup and a half of partially frozen strawberries and cool whip lite. Not sure about my next snack. Probably popcorn and a diet coke.

Wiggle room on my weight! Getting consistent with exercise tipped the scales . . . in a good way~just don't think I need to lose any more--just get firm and fit!
