My1fan, I went for a walk too this afternoon with a couple ladies from town. Did some cleaning this morning and some shopping this afternoon. Just picked my son up from school and my girls will be home any minute.

My husband's spring break starts today, but he's grabbing a nap right now so I'll see how much sparking I can sneak in! We have a birthday as well today. My weight is +1.3 over goal this morning, so I'll be taking it easy on the treats.
Linda, call your doctor! If you have something serious, putting it off will only make it worse and make your recovery longer. I'm with the group lamenting the lost hour. I'm bloated and achy, too. At least I've got tonight's dinner planned (eggplant parmesan) so my day's meals are already in the tracker. Happy Monday, all!
Good morning all, I am still sick and I have a pain in my chest on my left side. I guess I should call the doctor but I do not want to go to the hospital. I did an hour of exercise and walked the dog. I hope you all have a terrific Monday. Linda from bean town
We are on spring break at my house. I slept in. We are going on a little road trip in the morning to Dallas. Have a busy day of getting laundry done and packed. Also need to make an appearance at the office.
Have managed to shave off a couple of extra pounds the last two weeks so will need to be diligent on this trip to make sure it doesn't come back on. We are leaving Tuesday and coming back on Friday, so it won't be too long of a trip.

Morning everyone! I am going to have to have a good dose of coffee this morning to help adjust to springing forward. I have never done starting DST well. I'm awake right now, but that's about it. I ran three miles in the chilly, wet weather yesterday. The forecast for this Saturday's 5K so far is 44 and rainy so I thought I'll get out there one last time and take it easy during this week.
The mom of my ex-brother-in-law passed yesterday. Sweet woman! She and her husband were like an extra set of grandparents to my kids while they were growing up so a bit of a down day. It hurts to see your kids hurt even when they are adults.
But she is with her husband now and out of pain so we are trying to be happy too. I hope everyone has a great maintaining Monday!

Sleep well and enjoy the chance to exercise with a free spirit and mind now that it's done. I'm managing house projects this week, along with work. The carpeting I've ordered for a stair case and our basement arrive today and tomorrow. On Wednesday a much loved adult niece of mine arrives for five days and I'm cooking a big family dinner. It will all be fun, and busy. My niece and I are great exercise mates even though she is a lot younger than I am! That makes it such fun for me. We walk and talk--nothing better! Java truly is beautiful, Maree. We are at a government facility for geophysical sciences for a volcanic ash workshop, and the Indonesian hosts could not be friendlier or more accommodating. We just finished lunch, so back to the program.

Just a few minutes after midnight so I'm checking in. I just finished edits to Big Deadline Project A. Big Deadline Project B is on my assistant's desk for typing early tomorrow morning. I think I'll make it. I spent all day at a desk so have some exercise to make up later this week. But I also had little appetite because I had to focus. I ran out of decaf coffee and had a cup of regular so now I am wide eyed. Just hoping for sleep
Plan is 30 min cardio and 60 min ST in the morning.
I love imagining the beautiful scenery -- boats, water, spring!! And can't even imagine being in Java!!!
