To all who are ailing. I am getting back to business, step by step. Another day within nutritional limits and one walk break. This weekend my women's choir has an out of town benefit concert for a women's shelter. My husband and I hope to make a day of it and check out a boat salvage yard in Bellingham. As mad as I was when he bought the boat, the romance of the whole thing is growing on me! Have a great day!
Good morning team. Get well soon for those of us who are sick. I'm just getting over it myself and know that it is no fun.
Have had some extra stresses at work this week (as opposed to the usual stress, ha!). Food and exercise have been pretty good though. If I get some work done this morning, I think I'll play hooky this afternoon and go buy a new pair of running shoes. WOOT!!

I am sick too. I have a sour throat and keep couching. I had a low fever and took 2 asprin. I walked my little doggy in the snow storm. He is so small he jumps to get around. The snow is up to the top of my knee. The snow sticks to his little legs and I pick him up to put him on some solid ground. It is very hard to get around. Best wishes, Linda from bean town

Oh, no fun on the flu! I hope you feel better soon. We had it earlier this year and it was just awful!
I'm also joining the pack and working out inside again today.
I'm tired, tired, tired. It seems like no matter how much sleep I get these days, I'm just still tired. But, honestly, I'm not getting as much sleep as I need. I'm staying up too late (midnight-1am) and then I am a light sleeper, so I get awoken by the coughs and in the sleep fusses of baby several times. And then we lose an hour this weekend? WHAT AM I TO DO?!?! Oh, yeah... go to bed earlier.

Waking up this morning into day 3-4 of the flu. I must have picked it up at the nursing rehab center where my sister is. Lost 5 lbs (mostly water) in the first 1-2 days. This is WICKED! Hoping to turn the corner today and hold down some soup....maybe even some of the noodles. Never thought saltines and ginger ale could taste so good.

Good morning! I'm going your route today, Kelliebean, and exercising near home and inside. I have a writing project to get done and it's a challenge for me to not get lost in it. I'm going to take a walk outside first thing, then do my best to take micro breaks and fit in some ST.
I do love working at home for being able to eat a healthy lunch every day without too much effort.

Good morning! I slept 7 1/2 hrs! Yaay! I stayed at the office late working on deadline project but asked for and am getting some help. I know I'll be working the weekend, but really hope I can get outside and enjoy the predicted sunshine and warmer weather.
I'm headed to the gym for 30 min elliptical and 60 min RIPPED class--it's a tough workout. I have a luncheon seminar, but usually healthy choices are available. I'll pack some healthy choices just in case or for working late. I didn't get everything tracked yesterday but I think it was a good nutrition day.
