Kellie, my husband and I just did the "estate planning" stuff, not just wills but power of attorneys and physicians orders. ("Who do I want to be third in line to decide to pull my plug?") It is awful but it's good to get it done. I'm between work and rehearsal. I don't feel like cooking, but there's stuff in the fridge to be used. I had a latte today, so I have fewer calories left than I'd planned on anyway.

Had a great day. Though I didn't get a workout today, I am doing great with food the last two days. Prayer has helped me not get into the frame of mind that leads to binges. Today I prayed that when I met my son at Starbucks for coffee that I wouldn't be tempted by any of the snacks. I found a light Mocha Frappacino that was s130 calories for a Grande, which felt like I had a treat. I glanced over the treats and found I wan't even tempted to chose any of them.
Hope you all have a great night!

Happy Monday, all! Busy weekend, though not much physical activity to speak of. This week is going to be crazy busy, too, with activities out every night. I'm going to do everything I can to make sure I get workouts in first thing each day, managed to do that today with a good run on the treadmill. Now to keep the eating in line as well!

Had a lovely Sunday- got a walk through the snowy woods in--hadn't done that in a while--I've been too much of a pansy in the cold. Planning to get in my ST at the Y today after work--maybe some cardio too. Two kids home sick....again today..are they just sick on Mondays?? Weight back where it should be after my high sodium Saturday. I'm remarkably not "starving today" like I usually think I am :) Have a great day!

Good morning - barely! Just getting a VERY LATE start on the day. Been running myself ragged with taking care of the animals, the house, visiting sis in the rehab and having guest every weekend who come in to see her in addition to all my other obligations. Must have picked up a bit of a bug at the center. Got a little extra rest and head and stomach are feeling a bit better now. Not 100%, but I'll take it a little slower that planned today and be okay for work and the snowstorm due to hit tomorrow. Gong up to visit and pick up laundry. Then to the craft store to get ribbon and fix a couple things around the house. Exercise class at 4:30, then a informational meeting on orthotics tonite at 7PM. Hoping the snow isn't too bad tomorrow or my running time will end of being shoveling time. I guess that either way it is moving and execise.

Good afternoon! Late start this morning. The kids and I are trying to get out of vacation mode, we are all missing sleeping in, since 1 child was late getting up it snowballed into 2 but I was still able to get my zumba and core training in at the gym this morning but induldged in too much cake afterwards :(

Hello everyone. After I took DS to school I got in my workout. It's windy out but not to cold. DH and I worked on our deck yesterday. It was fun. It's coming along nicely.

Hi team. What a great Sunday I had.. my sourdough rye bread turned out really good.. it's a 3 day process!! My yoga practice was good too, I'm gaining flexibility in some of the positions and that feels good when my body is tight and sore..
The best part of Sunday was discovering our local country market is now open again after closing for 2 months and they have a really good fruit and vegetable market with much better prices than the big box stores! Gotta love that!
Now if the sun would only shine for longer that 10 minutes at a time, I'd feel like spring is truly on it's way.

Good morning team!
We are in the middle of a blizzard here in the Texas panhandle. Schools closed, roads closed, the whole nine yards. And it is still coming down. Ugh. I really should have gotten out of the house yesterday while I could. I'm going to be going crazy by the end of the day. My daughter seems to be feeling better. Hopefully they will get this all cleared off the roads and we can get back to work and school tomorrow.
Supposed to run today. The treadmill is about on its last leg. DH tinkered with it some this morning so hopefully I will be able to get my run in.
Everyone have a great day!

Hi all! Checking in a little late. Gotta love Mondays.... or not!
Kitty, I hope all is well with your son at school.
I'm hoping to get some walks in today at work. Tonight DH and I will be filling out paperwork for our will. Creeps me out but I have to stop putting it off. It must be done!
I'm going to succeed because I'm crazy enough to think I can!

I woke up really late this morning. The weekend knocked me out. Hardly any workout to speak of - just 3.5 miles on Saturday, but those 2 concerts - Whew! Standing still for nearly 2 hours (TWICE) holding my folder of music and focusing hard was tiring.
I should be at the gym right now at my aerobics weights class, but that didn't happen. Oh well, the concerts were great and I'll adjust my day accordingly.
The race is not always to the swift, but to those who keep on running.

Good morning, team! I've been a little MIA on the boards here. Busy, busy!
I hope everyone is doing okay. I need to tighten up on my eating and drinking. Working out has been pretty good, at least!

Mild temps here finally. Didn't get out for a walk, but I did get a decent workout in on the treadmill and bike. I'm hoping to get outside this afternoon for a walk. The fresh air sounds really good.

Great to wake up and hear how well everyone is doing. What a movin' team and thread!
I walked with a friend yesterday and elevated my fitbit steps (!). We shared dinner with friends--I'd made a stew and a big salad--and it hit the spot.
Measurers are coming so we can at last order the carpet for our basement. Yay!
Make it a good Spark day, everyone!

Ate at the top end of my range for a change (ricotta cheese will do that!) - still eating light, though. Long 3 mile walk through the botanical gardens. Lovely afternoon!

We are expecting a very lovely day weather-wise here. Planning on walking at lunchtime and I can't wait! It's been so cold/damp/windy for months.
Have a great day everyone. Pat

Good morning! I enjoyed a walk in the park with my fitness buddy and one of my puppy digs yesterday. Sunshine and 40 degrees was very welcome. I got some work done at the office so I feel a little better about the upcoming work load.
This morning I am doing 30 min cardio and 60 min ST. Pure protein day for nutrition.
Hope everyone has a great day!!!
