Hi all, I got the car out of the garage after the blizzard and went to the grocery store. I walked my little doggie Dusty around the block three times and will walk him one more time. I shoveled snow for two days but it rained today. I could not shovel but I am afraid of the ice when the temperature goes down tonight. Best wishes, Linda from bean town

I am having a tired day too.. woke up really tired and even the fresh air from my morning walk hasn't eased up the fatigue. I'm off to do an hours yoga with a Rodney Yee dvd, so am hoping that helps with some of the body soreness..

I went to the gym this morning but classes were cancelled and thought about going on the cardio equipment and decided to just go home instead b/c I have the equipment there. But instead I did some heavy cleaning for an hour and had a delicious lunch. Hope you all have a great day!

I am full of social anxiety today and will be striving for a binge free day. I'm on my 6th day of no binges.
Doing well with my goals of getting enough protein and calcium each day. Freggies have become a true solid part of my day.

Good morning team!
I woke up early this morning for a strength training dvd. It felt good. I ate a healthy breakfast and have healthy meals planned for the rest of the day. Finally got that fruit up to the office that I have been talking about. So this afternoon when I want something sweet, I'll have a couple clementines or an apple instead of chocolate.

Fingers crossed, Irene! My DH had a scan and will see a neurosurgeon tomorrow, so I understand your anxiety. Good luck with the surgery Phebess! Brooklyn, should I bring my own bowl for chili tonight? ;-)
Great walking yesterday with DH in a nearby town. I did go over on calories, but we DID walk a bunch of miles, so I'm not terribly concerned.

Had a nice day yesterday. The weather isn't the best, but at least we didn't get any snow and we lost alot of the snow we did have.

For the first time in a while, I didn't get up during the night to go to the bathroom and our dog did not wake me up before my alarm and yet, I had a hard time getting up and I'm dragging now! That's not cool!
I'm going to work on getitng my 10,000 steps today. I worked hard at the gym last night and tomorrow I meet with the trainer so I'm going to take it easy today.
