Travel day - I walked every time we stopped somewhere, but it still wasn't much. Calories are okay though.

Didn't get to exercise today, not enough time in the day. Did okay with food, went a little over. Next week is a new week!

Back to my pre-holiday weight of 132 lb. Ate too much pizza on Friday, back on track today. A bit of walking and weights today.
Wiggle room on my weight! Getting consistent with exercise tipped the scales . . . in a good way~just don't think I need to lose any more--just get firm and fit!

Since I finally got outdoors for a walk, the fresh air and exercise helped me have a really good sleep last night. I did the same today and we got a new mattress, so I'm ready for a repeat of last night.
For supper last night we went out to eat for my daughter's 28th birthday. I had probably the lowest calorie, as well as a pretty healthy option on the menu...chicken tortilla soup. I left most of the tortilla strips in the bowl. The chicken was really tasty and all white meat. So I was satisfied. If chicken soup is good for colds, then chicken tortilla soup must be even better!

I am having an awesome weekend, busy just the way i like it. Went to my daughter's cheerleading trophy party this afternoon and then brought her to her friends bday party. I will be picking her back up shortly. Went out to Uno's last night w/the family and didn't eat/drink w/in my calorie range to say the least. Looking forward to having our friends over tomorrow after church where my daughter is an alter server. Then bringing my son to his friends party.

I did end up eating a lot last night, but caught myself before I got completely out of control. Also didn't sleep well, but I was a bit nervous about my date this afternoon.
Speaking of which, it lasted all of 10 minutes. I was glad to be out of there and head to Dick's for a new hydration belt and a pair of insoles. However, I still am glad that my 3+ year dateless streak is over, and I hope that future dates are better. If they're not, I'll have some interesting stories, though!
So I have my long run tomorrow before church. 11 miles or bust! :)

Brooklyn_born ran this morning in 25 degree weather. I walked several hours later, and the temps warmed up to the mid-50s! I found myself way overdressed and ended up carrying about half of what I wore toward the end of my six-mile walk.

I got a walk today. The weather isn't going to stay this nice, but it got me thinking about my fitness goals and making a plan for the next couple of months. Looking forward to Spring. Cindi

In spite of Thursday's feast I was able to post a loss for the week. I'm also slowly getting rid of the holiday gain. Isn't it great to be at a place where you realize that you don't have to go on a crash diet in January to get rid of a few pounds? Work has been stressful so I'm really thankful for a three-day weekend. Hope to do some housework and some cooking ahead for the week.

Good morning team!
Rest day for exercise for me today. I had two really killer days at work on Thursday and Friday, but with a good result for my client so I'm feeling proud and satisfied. Will do my meal planning and grocery shopping today. Have a couple chores on my list and am going to do a fun project with the girls.
Have a great day!

Thank God for my new topic emails for this team! I was starting to snack on saltines (I have a thing for the whole wheat variety), but I wasn't really hungry. I was going through my emails and saw the daily check in was up. Stowed those bad boys away right away and decided to check in instead! =P Weekends are always a little weird for me, especially since I've worked the last two or three. Gotta stay strong and focus on fueling my body, not my boredom. I get to a movie with a friend and check the vegan offerings at Chipotle, a restaurant that I've never tried before. I want to get a long distance run in today, but if that's not possible, I have my backup workouts! I hope everyone has an awesome day!

My social calendar is blowing up this weekend. I may be going out to lunch again today, which is really weird for me, since we rarely go out to eat. However, I made good choices both eating lunch out yesterday and going to an after-dinner party, and kept my calories on the low end for the day, so I'm pretty happy. I'm confident I can replicate that again today. Have a great Saturday all!

Holiday gain is slowly being dumped. Don't know how accurate it is, but at Curves yesterday I burned almost 500 calories! Most ever. I have a John Denver Tribute Concert tonight and will eat out for dinner. Hoping to keep it light.

Last Saturday I ran in 70* weather. This morning it's 25* I don't like either of them. Maybe it will warm up? Maybe I'll just go to the gym? Darn it, I wanted Saturday's to be for "long" runs.
Have a good day everyone!

I love split pea soup. Too bad no one else in my house does though. They think it looks terrible. So I buy canned soup for me.
Today is a rest day for me. I've got some laundry to finish and we're going to a basketball game tonight. Otherwise it will be a quiet day for me.
Have a nice Sat.!

Hey, good morning! It is so ironic that we have to eat enough so we don't get starving or we enter the DANGER ZONE. Thanks for the reminder Maree. I need to remember to plan ahead too.
I made home made split pea soup yesterday in my crock pot. It was great on a cold night. My grandson even had a taste and didn't say "ick," which I consider a cooking miracle! LOL
Have a great weekend!

Goooooood morning.I'm with ya on that overful feeling. It used to comfort me, now I just feel ill and irritated.
Had a good run at the gym last night. I had to push myself to get there. I'm working with the trainer this morning.
I have my best friend's husband's 50th birthday party tonight. Must keep myself full today and away from the snack table tonight!!

Good morning! I'm visiting daughter and granddaughter this weekend. I actually slept past 2 a.m. today. It will be a busy day, with warm temps predicted so we are planning some outside fitness today. Yaaay! Vitamin D.
We ordered out last night--greek food. I let myself get too hungry and then over ate. I feel it this morning. I've grown to really hate that over-full feeling.
Hope everyone has a great Saturday!!
