Didn't have a great eating day but did make it to the gym for 30 min workout. Made a great dinner, which was great after the crap I ate today.

I took my weekly exercise break last night to run some errands so Iíll definitely be working out the entire weekend. Tomorrow Iíll be going on a hike on my own and I really look forward to it.
Iíve been eating very well all week and am beyond proud of myself.

Well, I hit "Reply" and now I don't know what to say... other than... I LOST 3 POUNDS! So that's 5 total that I've lost from the 10 that I gained over Holidays.

This is day 3 of my cleanse and I'm feeling really good. Monday I start what I like to call, playing around with gravity. I start a new exercise program, designed by me, that should run 90 days. I'm pretty psyched about it. It's been since the weekend after Thanksgiving that I've done something like this. I always get great results. If all goes as planned I should reach 2nd goal weight by March 22.

Have a great day and enjoy the weekend if you've got one with time off work.

I got to the gym today--ran for a little bit to warm up and then did a sculpt class--my shoulders can feel it! I am 4 pounds from my goal weight--had reached it but Christmas messed me up! Still trying to get back and then I want to maintain it!!

We are maybe going out for dinner--so need to decide where and what would work for me. I am getting pretty good at putting 1/2 away right away--most servers are good at doing that.

Started my day by joining some girls at work for a 20 minute walk before classes started this morning. I plan to walk again after work and maybe get in some ST. We'll see what the day brings.

emoticon Enjoying some me time this morning I finished the second book in the 50 Shades series. Didn't make it to the gym this morning. Made my first green smoothie this morning, I packed some w/the kids lunches. They are so excited. Doing laundry and plan on doing some bills. Did great running this week, only took a couple classes at the gym this week but have not been good w/the Jan jumpstart challenge. I joined. Hope you all have a great weekend.

Happy Friday! I'm so happy that I won't be waking to an alarm for the next three days. emoticon As expected, my weight is up a bit this morning due to an incredible dinner out with my Mom and 2 Sisters-in-law. One SiL said she could feel her fingers swelling as we ate! I was actually surprised to only be up a pound and a half. But if I'm going to over-eat, I want it to be a really good meal, not mindless eating or mediocre food. On to another busy workday!

For the first time in many weeks, I'm going out to eat (for lunch), and for the first time in months, I don't know where we are going - I tried to get consensus ahead of time so I could plan what I would get before going, but it didn't work out. I know some likely restaurant choices, though, and know what I would get at each place. We're also going to a party this evening for the first time in awhile and have no clue what will be offered there (housewarming for some new neighbors we don't know well). I'm going to do my best just to make sensible choices and have a positive attitude about my ability to do this without advance tracking - I have done that on other days successfully, and today will be no different.

Now, I'm off to go do my morning dance workout. Happy Friday everyone!

I have not checked in in awhile - I've been focusing so much on MOVING this week - I walk the steps around campus at lunch and recess, workout in the morning, and try not to sit on the computer at nite when I get home. This week it finally paid off and I am down 2 lbs from last week! We focused on eating well, also, knowing that we have a special dinner date tonite. I am 4 lbs away from what Dr. Oz says is my optimum weight! Almost to goal weight and then i can officially change my ticker and join you all in MAINTENANCE! Wahhoooo!

Happy Friday everyone. I've had good and bad days this week with both nutrition and activity. Going to the gum tonight for a 3-mile run then again tomorrow morning for strength training with my trainer.

Hopefully the scale will be kind to me on Sunday. If not, refocus and regroup time.

Snow in central VA. Schools are closed. The roads have been cleared but are still icy. My aerobics/weights class is cancelled. If the sun melts the ice later on, I'll run outside. At least I can pick up those weights I blogged about yesterday and get some ST in.

Morning all - did well nutritionally yesterday and happy to finally see it showing up on the scale. New meds may have something to do with that too. Also found out that my schedule gets a bit of a reprieve this weekend. YEAH! Working today and tomorrow and going to meet up with some friends who are putting together a health and wellness center for our local homeless transitional living center. Should get a better night's sleep tonight. Hope you all have a great Friday!

Didn't get to check in yesterday. Had a super exhausting day at work and will be today too. Got up early yesterday for a short run and this morning for a short ST session. Eating wasn't too bad yesterday. Scale is at low end of range.

Happy Friday!

So weight-wise, I'm back to where I was pre-binge and ready to keep moving. I need to cut back on the exercise, though...with too many calories to be able to eat, it gets me into dangerous territory, as I saw this past week.

Had a terrific spin class yesterday. I sweat so much, the TOPS of my feet were soaked! That almost never happens! It felt good, so I'll be going back to that class next week.

Today, it's strength training and swimming. Tomorrow, I do a short run, another spin class, yoga and perhaps a date. After my history last month with dates, I'll believe it when he shows up!

There are severe weather warnings in England . I have just unpacked a huge food delivery from a supermarket , I made sure there was fish, chicken, turkey, fruit and veg galore on my order. So now I can sit back and relax. Having to do home exercises as I m not going out! Have a good day. Ree emoticon

Walked all over Queenstown (two walks, basically) - 9000+ steps. Eating better today, ate reasonable meals instead of junk. Nutrition about 14 cals over high end of range.

Good morning!!!! I am SO relieved to have completed my deadline project at work! My reward should be to take some time off today, right? But what about that stack of other work that has accumulated while I focused on the deadline project? Not to mention the housework! This is one of my personal challenges--balancing work and leisure. My plan--work till noon and then spend some time with daughter (who has the day off) and granddaughter!

This morning is eliptical or bicycle for 30 min and RIPPED class for 60 min. I'm making the panko chicken strips from SP cookbook right now for lunch--pretty good for chicken!
