My untrackable day will be saturday A really good restaurant saturday night for my sons 21st birthday. I've done really good nutritional wise for the past two weeks so I am celebrating saturday

Deadline tomorrow at work--still working like crazy to meet it. So no time to Spark! Nutrition and fitness still going good--weight within range.
Looking forward to a slower pace sometime soon.
Another busy day at work--didn't make myself get away for a walk-break. Doing OK on food. Tomorrow is an extra-special Girl's Night Out. My Mom is going to join my monthly "Sisters Dinner Club" with two of my sisters-in-law in celebration of her 90th birthday, which is Sunday. It's going to be a multi-course tasting menu--completely untrackable!
Couldn't exercise yesterday and I ate at the low end of my calories, great. I couldn't go to yoga tonight, so I did some lunges at the office since not a lot of people were around. Ate a little over my calories today.... Can't wait for spin tomorrow night

Hi! I am supposed to be in maintenance but Christmas messed me up--need to drop 5 AGAIN to get to goal. I am looking at the different trackers people are using--trying to decide what I will use. Any suggestions?

Had a seminar all day today. Food wasn't great but I'm figuring it out. Dinner will have to be really "light".

"Enjoying" a day off. Am trying the salsa chicken recipe in the crockpot today. Got my prescription changed the other day and am not so patiently waiting to see if the HRT will do the trick. Also, requested that my Dr. repeat a test she did on my last visit. She had me on an antibiotic, but since coming off them, I have had a pinching feeling in my lower abdomen and the very low back/hip pain....it doesn't feel like a muscle ache, so she redid the test and sure enough, the problem is back with a vengeance and she believes that is the cause of the lower back and abdomen discomfort. ANOTHER new prescription and supposed to eat yogurt twice a day (already doing that) and take some OTC Probiotics to see if that clears this up. If not, I'll have to call her in a week or two and schedule an ultrasound to see what could be causing the inflamation. Glad to know it's not all in my head though - thought I was getting "weak" in my old age! LOL!!!

past couple days have been great weather & exercise wise. Today the only exercize I got was shoveling the snow :p

I'm still quite sick, but I don't want to get weak from sitting on the couch so much of the day, so today I've been getting up every 2 hours and strolling a while around the house. Last time I did fifteen minutes. Walked pretty fast, as fast as one can taking turns around each room. Then I got down and stretched which I haven't done for 4 days. That felt good.
Still eating within range. Even had a small meatball sub, which I couldn't really taste, but I enjoyed having a treat after being confined and only eating what we have at home. Hubby went to get these as take-out. Still stayed within range... I hadn't eaten enough during the day.

Maintenance is great! I've let my body decide where it wants to be and that's about 2 pounds below my goal weight. I'm happy with both the amount of food I eat daily and the exercise equation.

I weighed in at 160.5 yesterday, so I think I am going to set my calorie range for actual maintenance now. I'll build up my muscles for a while, then look at more fat loss in the spring. I'm also looking at shaking up my strength training. I started trying a full body program, but my left knee really squeaks when I extend it under any kind of load, so I'll just stick with treadmill for my legs.
I'll mark entering maintenance by resetting my articles.

I started a 5 day cleanse today. It's been a few years since I've done one. TMI but I was getting pretty backed up. Did you know that you are supposed to go number 2 more than once a day? Before I did my first cleanse, back when I was in the 190s, I would only go every 2 or 3 days. Whew... glad those days are over.

I'm exhausted this morning. Not sure what the problem is, I got over 7 hours of sleep last night. Woke up this morning for some ST/cardio combo. It was intense. Treating the girls to pizza buffet tonight. Will eat a big salad and try to limit to 2 small pieces.

Jane, sorry about the Fitbit! I'm on my fourth (lost #1, #2 literally fell apart requiring tape to hold it together, #3 never worked right, and #4 has been with me now for awhile). Good thing Fitbit is willing to make good on its product.
Got 12,000+ steps again yesterday (3 days in a row) and stayed within my calorie range for the second day in a row...a streak ;-)

Happy hump day everyone. My husband made enchiladas last before I went to a movie with friends. I only ate a small portion and resisted the movie popcorn even though it smelled glorious.
Hubby is making pasta tonight and having my son over for dinner. His sauce is a meal by itself. It's tough living with such a great cook who can eat anything and stay slim! :-)

Despite eating a huge pc of cake last night, my weight stayed the same. I think I have definitely found my goal weight. It's a weight I feel I can maintain without feeling like I have to give everything up and work out continously. I'm looking to go down once the summer months hit, but I won't be pushing for that.
Another treadmill workout day today. I can't wait until the weather changes and I can get outside consistantly. I'm getting really bored.

Back on the straight and narrow. Chicken breast from last night was too big but still within calorie range. Lots of veggies. Museum day today so lunch out. Could be a challenge. We'll see if I'm up to it.

Well, my Fitbit broke after less than a month of use. It's simply not responding. An email has gone out to tech support, so we'll see what happens.
Doing strength training at home this morning, due to the ice storm that hit Memphis. Still slick on the roads and my gym doesn't open until 6 because of the storm, so I'm doing the resistance band thing.
Due to my binge eating the past 5 days, I gained almost 4 pounds! I think looking at the scale snapped me back to reality, so I'm back into weight loss mode. After all, I have no larger clothes, so I'm flying without a safety net!
Back to my workout. Have to do abs, some more push-ups and some jumping jacks before getting ready for my doctor's appointment this morning. Will be swimming tonight. Have a great day!

Calories were at upper end of my range (but still in range) - and I liked my breakdown of 50% carbs, 26% fat, 24% protein.
Walked, but heavy rain in the afternoon curtailed the walk for a while. Walked again after supper.

Morning everyone! I'm up early and ready to get going. Incorporating a ten minute st break into my days. I picked the idea up from the January Jump idea, but I couldn't finish that because I got sick. So I am back at it on my own and looking forward to shaking up my routine.
