Haven't gotten a lot of formal exercise the last few days because of getting ready to go on vacation, but I'm still getting plenty of activity. Off to California for just over a week starting tonight; now if I can just stay on target with food in spite of all the places I KNOW we will be eating while there!

Made time for exercise despite having none! HA! I will no longer be weighing in daily, but instead will be weighing in on Saturdays. Iíve been really proud of myself. I weighed in at 188.6 today, so I maintained my weight from yesterday. I tried to fit into my momís size 12 jeans and I could almost button them! Very exciting stuff! I look forward to losing more inches each day month! Still going over my calorie ranges and just canít get it together. Not sure of what else to do. Nothing is going to stop me from reaching my goals!

doing pretty good and my weight is holding steady at 109.5 to 110. I was kind of "picky" last night though, little bits of this and that while cooking.. hmmm, not good, but it didn't get too out of hand..

I did horrible yesterday and I'm determined to behave better today. I went home early to tend to my sick child. (We've been passing the flu around our home.) I started with a small snack. Apparently that small snack woke the monster and the snacking continued until bedtime. NOT TODAY. Today I'm prepared.

Weight keeps coming back down toward goal weight- inching down every day since my salty, crunchy weekend. I skipped ST@Y yesterday- I had too much that needed my attention at home, and I've been so tired lately, I decided to sacrifice it to do some things to avoid feeling overwhelmed by undone chores.
Highest weight: 248 August 2010 Reached goal weight of 148 Feb 23, 2012 10/1/13-10/1/14-Gained back 50-peeling it off!
Got a bit of a walk in yesterday. Rehearsal took up the evening. Did OK on food, a little high on fat, but I don't think that's such a bad thing when it's cold. Cooked enough Sunday and Monday that I've got Tuesday and Wednesday's dinners handled. On to another busy work day!

I got up early and did a yoga dvd. Weight is down. I haven't been this light in a LONG time. It's a busy week at the office. Got a lot done yesterday and gonna be super productive today. Guess I better get off of sparkpeople and get to it! :D

Good morning! Today I am headed to the gym to do 30 min of cardio, probably a treadmill, run/walk variable incline workout, and then a 60 min pilates class for core work and flexibility.
I worked late again last night, and made a planko chicken strip recipe from the SP Cookbook. I ate more than I needed; old "mindless, boredom, TV watching" habits die hard, don't they? So I am acknowledging that this morning, and vowing to catch that monster early in the game next time and slay it.
