Hi all! I walked my little doggie three times today and will walk him one more time. I walk him 30 minutes in the good weather and 15 minutes in the colder weather. We are having a warm spell here with 50 degree weather. I am cleaning up and putting away all the Christmas decorations. Eating smaller meals and feel full. Best wishes, Linda from bean town
Just once I would like not to have to drag myself out of bed! I guess I'm always going to "wake up hard". Yesterday I stopped eating at breakfast at a restaurant when I was full, bringing home enough to share with my husband for breakfast this morning. Husband announced his intent to be a football couch potato all weekend, so I decided that if I got my dresser drawers organized I would take myself to a boutique that I've wanted to visit for ages Nothing like a little incentive! I did go to the boutique and bought myself a sort of dressy jacket. We had a large late lunch, so dinner was snacks. I felt the urge to do the one thing leads to another binge eating, but I didn't! I settled for a microwave baked apple and a stick of string cheese Time to get ready for church! Make it a great day.

good morning! trying to get back on track here. had our first "guest" yesterday, but that included a walk on the beach so steps - and miles - came anyway. good choice at lunch on the french fries (hardly took any), bad choice at dinner on the chips&salsa. guess that evened out. today will be a heavy catch up on work day, but will still try to get some walking done. not ready to run yet, but colds are improving.

I'm quite sore from my run at the gym last night plus the leg machines and ab work I did. Today will be a rest day although my lab will argue that as soon as the sun is up. She's a great motivator on the weekends!
My weight was up a half pound this morning but that's ok. I'm still under my goal weight which became my new goal.
Happy Sunday! I worked most of the day yesterday at the office. No one picked up the slack for the housework here at home lol. I need to finish tracking for yesterday and do a better job today. I hope I can connect with a friend for a walk today if it's not too icy.
