Am on the treadmill as I type:) enjoyed e weekend Xmas with my in laws! Had some quality family time playing with each child and one of their toys of choice. Looking forward to a day before my family comes to celebrate Xmas with us, so sad to hear my brother's family might not come because his daughter may be sick.

I'm back from church. Sang with a small ensemble for a festival of lessons and carols...more singing, no sermon! Husband and friends are going to the Seahawks game, so I'll take the opportunity to bake rolls for Christmas dinner, if I can get the house warm enough for the dough to rise!

Wow, everyone sounds busy! For the first time in several days, I had a good fitness day with a 3.8-mile walk/jog and then ST with my trainer. Tomorrow the weather is supposed to be not so great, so I'm thinking of a Zumba DVD or the elliptical. Thank you, Mr. President, for giving me a day off tomorrow.

Good almost afternoon here on the Frozen Tundra of Northern New York!
I was able to get a 10 minute sprint in yesterday, running from A11 to C22 at Detroit's airport yesterday, and so far, got 10 minutes of walking in today to and from church. Based on the quality of the sidewalks, my sister-in-law and I decided that running is off the table this week, but are planning on doing some DVDs together. Should be fun.
Food so far has been in range, though not the healthiest. Lunch yesterday was a Luna bar and a couple of Biscoff cookies, since I couldn't stop to eat anything at the airport. Had a big breakfast this morning, then was busy with grocery shopping with my mom, going to church with the family and now, playing in the snow with the boys.
So it's time for me to change clothes and get out there. Hope all of you are having a great Sunday as well!
Everyone sounds happy and busy! I picked up a sore throat kind of cold, but can rest as I don't have a whole to do for Christmas this year. We are going to my brothers place for Christmas dinner, so I don't even have to cook!
I hope everyone can find time to squeeze a little "you" time the next couple of days.
I also have to make a big grocery store run this morning. Want to get there before the church crowd hits. I have a lot of cooking to do and I haven't wrapped a single gift. Slow and steady wins the race.
Weight was up this morning. Had a party last night, but didn't really indulge that much. I have really been slacking on my water though, so I think that bloat is the culprit. Will focus on getting my water in today.
Everyone have a great day!

Good morning team! WOW! Sounds like everyone else is just as crazy busy as I am! Hope you all have time to take a break soon and enjoy the holiday. I'm up and off to work and then leaving early to race to church to do lighting for the first of the Christmas eve services (with one last run through before) tonight. Should get back home around 7PM to have pizza with the sisters, then do it all again tomorrow - work - 2 services and finally home to crawl into my jammies and hopefully get a good night sleep and a restful day on Christmas day. One of the dogs got into a Christmas cookie last night, so she was up all night sick. Seems to be fine and sleeping it off now....oh, the dog's life! LOL! Well, probably won't get a chance to Spark much for the next day or two, so, Merry Christmas to all!!!

I am thru shopping!!! No more grocery shopping or anything. I will need to send DH out tomorrow morning, but that's it! I have decided that what my weight is as of Christmas Eve morning is going to be my goal weight. That is the weight I will maintain. I'm getting a bit concerned that I may be dropping too much weight and it's affecting me in more ways than one.
Have a great Sunday everyone!

Good morning! I, too, would like to take this opportunity to say that I am happy to be a part of this team and grateful to know each of my fellow "daily-or-so checker-inners"!!! Such a diverse group from different states, different countries! Amazing folks sharing wisdom and encouragement! Happy Sunday-eve of Christmas Eve!!
Good morning, Team! I'm heading to grocery store for last shop of the holiday. Menu lined up and now to pick up the fresh things I need. It's going to be crazy at my house for a few days with 13 people coming in an out. Our whole family is in town and we love it and it will be BUSY. Still, I will be thinking of all of us Maintainers, doing what it takes to enjoy ourselves and the success we have achieved this year. As for me, glad to know you! I hope you have fun.
