having a good food but bad exercise day. Too much holiday "stuff" in the way. It is dark already, I hate running in the dark.

Over by about 100 calories yesterday - but we climbed a volcano (our second? third?) and probably burned a lot of cals, so I'm okay with this. As long as today is a good day, I'm not going to worry.

I'm closing in on walking 1000 miles this year, I think I have about 50 to go - in 8 days - so aiming for 6 miles a day.

I also over indulged yesterday. I have been going through periodontal work and was only allowed liquidst and as my mouth is healing and feeling better, I grazed. I need to get back on track. Not being able to eat a lot of harder, crunchy foods has not been easy. I miss my salads.

Good morning!! Yesterday I allowed indulgences when an appreciative client brought in a bag of goodies. They were yummy and I felt I deserved them. I just can't let the sugar become a daily. I started this post about an hour ago and the computer decided it was time to update and knocked me off.
