VTRICIA, I found that Frog Ranch brand salsa is a really good one that I use on my eggs daily. Only 40mg sodium per 2 tbsp. Granted, it's a little more expensive, since it's organic, but it's SO nummy! :)
SIL wanted to go to the pool today. We did 60 minutes water walking. It was fun to change things up. I need to go to the pool more often. Have been doing really well enjoying holiday treats in moderation. We are having a party at my aunt's house tonight.
~Mandy~ I'll make it to the moon, if I have to crawl.

Looks like the first post on this thread is earlier so I guess I'll pick this one. I feel great, got a lot better sleep than yesterday. I guess I need to kick the high schooler out of bed so there's someone in charge while I work out. I had some salsa on my eggs this morning. It's a lot of salt, but I really want to get back on the ball with my freggies.
I probably have a marathon shopping trip with my husband this afternoon. I may see a dip in my stepcount when the holidays are over and I'm not out to the store two or even three times a day. I guess I'll plan ahead to maintain that.

Lots of overnight company planned starting tonight. I see danger ahead, in the eating and skipping exercise departments. I plan to get out for a walk around the block each day. AT THE LEAST.
For those traveling by plane, it was already busy at airports on the 19th, long lines and full planes, so beware of stress eating. And happy and safe travels to all of you!

Getting a late start this morning, but it has been nice and quiet, with a healthy breakfast with MIL. Time to get a move on now.

It's dark and gray but the husband and the cats decided it was morning! I am getting rid of the sodium, down almost two pounds from yesterday. Gifts are wrapped, I'm turning my attention to my contribution for Christmas dinner. I'm to bring rolls.

I'm in what I guess is an enviable position of losing too much and having to consciously, but carefully, add back some calories. This makes me very uncomfortable, because I don't want to go overboard with stuff that I don't normally eat anyway. I've added a banana to my usual breakfast, to start.
We're off to our Christmas/Bill's birthday celebration with his family at a favorite restaurant in Nokomis. We'll exchange gifts and everything, and we won't have to cook or clean!

Good morning!
All my bags are packed, I'm ready to go I'm standing here outside your door I hate to wake you up to say goodbye...
So yes, I'm leaving on a jet plane, though I know I'll be back again in Memphis on Thursday night. It's going to be weird not working out today, but after yesterday's strength training, I definitely could use a rest day (though I may be running through the airport to make my flight: 40 minute layover in Detroit!).
I did pack my laptop, so I'll continue to log everything and post on the boards when I have time, though I don't think that I'll spend as much time posting as I normally do, with two little boys in the house (my nephews).
Unfortunately, I can't really pack the healthiest of snacks for my trip today, because I'm flying into Montreal as my final destination, which means customs. UGH. However, the two nearest airports to where my folks live that make any sense to fly into in order to visit them in Upstate New York are Ottawa (1.5 hour drive away) and Montreal (2 hours away). The nearest American airport is Syracuse (2.5 hours away), and that can always turn into a marathon car trip in the winter if there's lake effect snow.
So I need a passport to see my parents, despite the fact that they live in the States. Isn't that a HOOT?
In any case, have a SENSATIONAL Saturday, everyone, and I'll post later when I'm in New York, I'm sure. :)

Ooops, I didn't see that you had started this today Tortise!! I started one and then my computer did an update and knocked me off so when it came back I just finished the post.
Anyway, good morning all. Granddaughter is here with her mom, so she's up and then she's down. I'll get my exercise chasing her around today.
Have a great day!!

Have a houseful, so up early for check in and a bit of quiet. Busy with holiday approaching, but doing a 50 lunge challenge from Spark Coach as I head into busy day. Have a good one, Spark team mates!
