This seems to be the weekend when the wheels have just completely fallen off for people. I had the worst binge in a year yesterday and gained 3 pounds...probably from all the sodium. Although I wasn't entirely jazzed about the date yesterday, I was still in a bit of an emotional state when he stood me up, and I went back to an old habit, which I was able to nip after one day.
I'm cutting back on my food a bit for the rest of the week to make up for it, drinking more water and doing a bit more exercise. I went back to the gym last night to do lower body strength training, did upper body and abs this morning, and planning to do some exercise bike, elliptical and step class tonight.
Also met another gentleman who seems to be a bit more low-key and more of what I'm looking for at this point, so we'll see if we end up meeting for coffee this week...
