Interesting conversation below. I was looking into and asking around about Insanity. Shakeology sounds interesting however, I don't like to replace raw foods with a man-made shake. I'll look into it anyway. I've been looking for something new to try, fitness wise.

Shaun T is incredible....and so is his program!! You can do it! Just don't try to keep up with the actors in the video(one of which is a friend of mine), just do YOUR pace and you'll be just as awesome!!
Yeah - Shakeology is so much more than a protein shake! I have atleast one a day and have since April. I don't feel the same if I don't have it! THEY are amazing.

Insanity is INSANE...been there, done that. I'ved actually worked out with Shaun T in person, AMAZING to say the least! Dig deep, modify where necessary and keep pushing!! (are you doing shakeology also or just Insanity?)
