Walked 7.5 miles yesterday (half on the beach) and ate in range. Today, taking it easy - my knee (a problem knee) is not happy about the long beach walk.

Yesterday I walked an hour in the morning and in the afternoon rode the elliptical for an hour. I never do a total of 120 minutes in a day. I was so tired last night! I probably should've upped my calories for the day, but I didn't. I went over my calories burned goal for the week by Monday. My goal is usually pretty close to actual calories burned. Do I cut back on exercise the rest of the week, or up calories? We're talking for maintenance. I'm not planning to lose. I don't want to redo my SP info/settings yet.

I really like this daily checkin thread. It's nice to see how others are maintaining on a day to day basis and keeps me motivated to keep on going!
I checked my weight this morning and I was down .5 of a pound, but my official weigh in and record day isn't until Friday. Adding an extra 100 calories a day seems to be OK so far.

Hi team. Nutrition and fitness are on track with my weekly routine. I'm trying to weigh every day. Today scale was exactly the same as yesterday and 11 days ago. Isn't that a little wierd? Checked it by getting on scale at the gym...it was the same. So maybe this is what maintenance really looks like. hmmmmm 17 mos since attaining goal and still learning.
Yaay team!

Today was my short run (3 miles) with my running group, and did well with a near 10 minute mile pace. Also did 30 minutes on the exercise bike. Going to do housework tonight, including laundry, write a blog and a thank-you note to the friend who invited me over for Thanksgiving dinner.
Nutrition is going well, but I'm getting too much fiber...I think it's the flatbread I'm eating, so once that's gone, I'm going to stick with green peppers or carrots for eating my hummus. :)
My weight is still up and I still feel bloated, but hope that things will improve in the next few days. Up too late last night. I had a choir rehearsal until 9 and then husband decided to call and rant at a customer service person for about an hour at 10. He does tech support for a living and so "we don't know" or "we can't help you with that" are not acceptable answers. I'm soaking beans to cook for dinner. Thai Chickpeas, a pressure cooker recipe I've been meaning to try for years. That should also supply me with lunches for the rest of the week.

Sure was surprised to see 11 people had already posted! MWF is a 5 am boot camp class for me. What to do on TTh? I've really slacked on my mileage this month. Think I'll hit the treadmill this evening...

Wow, people ARE up early. Go, KT! You are more than welcome to ease your way into maintenance on this team. LO, my Monday was like yours. Out the door at 5 to start the commute, back at 7:30 to get dinner, clean up the kitchen, log my meal, and hit the sack. Unfortunately, the sinuses decided to go bonkers last night and kept me up with the draining and a sinus headache. Add to that the cat barfing three (yes, THREE) times, and the night was shot. Taking a sick day today, and I just got up.

I've got a hugely busy day today an it will be a test of my new "no free lunch" program! Wish me luck!

Everyone is sure up and posting early. I'm heading out for a run, about 4 miles probably. Then a haircut. I know it's time when I can no longer see through my bangs. Food is no problem. There's STILL turkey!

Scale was down another half pound from my Thanksgiving gain :) I didn't get in my ST@Y yesterday..I'm planning to work it in today now instead. This time of year really challenges the schedule! Have a great day, everyone!

Had a good day yesterday. The rest of the turkey went into a big, delicious quinoa and veggie soup, which we can freeze, and we had turkey chili for dinner. We just plain made too much food for Thanksgiving, and we hate to waste it!

Good Morning All!
I woke up early again and hit the gym for some ST. I feel great, but my makeup is sloppy because I could barely hold my arm up to my eye without shaking! Definitely gave it all I've got.. and I'll be sore tomorrow that's for sure. I'm really proud of myself for getting up before 5am two days in a row.

I feel somewhat back on track, although the scale has to catch up. I ate soup with loads of sodium last night, so I need to work on flushing out the water weight.
I took a week mostly off from exercise earlier in the month. I thought there was no way I'd hit 1,000 minutes, but I have plotted it out, and it's definitely going to happen. I feel really good getting back in the groove with that.

I am 10 pounds (more or less) from goal and thought I'd try checking in daily. I have set a goal for myself that I am going to do my best for the next 28 days until Christmas. I figure 4 weeks is doable without being overwhelming so here I go. Did good yesterday. I will do zumba and pilates this morning and will try to follow my plan perfectly. Day 2 here I come.

Long day yestserday...left the house for work at 6:30AM and didn't get home till 8:30PM. Need to get in a good run today, running buddy hasn't responded if she is going to show up for our scheduled run, so, should probably just hit the gym on the way home. Don't think I have the discipline to go back out in the cold myself without a buddy to make me do it once I get home. Guess I'll try to message her one more time and if I don't hear anythiing, I'll plan on the gym on the way home. A little over on nutrition yesterday too. Panera made a mistake on my order, and of course, feeling stressed from work at the time....I ate the mistake. Trying to hold on.

Too much work and no play for me yesterday. More of the same today. Hoping to get to the gym tomorrow.

Good morning team. I did some gym work yesterday combining cardio and ST. Wotking on consistency and changing up what I do. Started yoga on Wednesdays too. Feels great to be active, and not in a rut.
