I skipped my a.m. workout because my bum, back and quads were so sore today after yesterday morning's ST and evening Zumba. I hate excuses but my bod needs rest and recovery. I'll walk this evening along with some yoga before bed. I won't lose out on this day.
I have to say, I'm incredibly proud that I did not snack after supper last night. I crack it up to persistence, vigilance, and determination to change a habit... to finally change a habit that I've been reluctant to give up. It's time. I'm ready. It will happen.
3 years knocking at this lifestyle and little by little I've changed what I do, when I do, what I eat, when I eat, what I think, when I think... forming habits, forgiving, recommitting. All of it is worth the outcome that I have achieved. Thanks SP for providing the vehicle!
