I am holding steady at half a pound under goal weight. I got my workout in yesterday even though I did not feel like it. That is good. I've been eating good, exercising, and doing pretty good. I have been having some trouble sleeping, but hope to get that figured out before too long. I hope you all have a great afternoon!

It's good to read about everyone sticking to exercise routines and eating plans.
Today is a rest day and I needed it. My core is sore, along with my inner thighs, biceps and chest. I'll be back at it tomorrow with ST in the morning and cardio in the evening.
I wanted to snack less after dinner... and I did. I snacked less than a snacked the night before. Yay. Progress.
My pants aren't as tight as they were yesterday. But it's a different pair of pants.

Weight is starting to come down a bit after my week of grief-eating. Bought myself a box of chocolate hazelnut cookies at Trader Joes this week. I could easily eat a box at one sitting, but I've been portioning them out. Good thing, as they're 90 calories each, for fairly small cookies. But oh, so good! I love !

I've been staying on target with my calorie range. The past couple of weeks I have accomplished my goal of 2 bodypump classes each week. This week I'm working to also make my goal of 3 runs during the week. I'll do my second one for this week today after work.
Weight has begun to go down so that I might reach the goal of one pound by this weekend. It's been helpful to read comments on the thread "Navigating the Holidays".

Scale is dropping back down again...I'm glad to see that. I was not over goal, but I have been wanting to shift my goal downward about 3 pounds, and it seems to be headed there. Great day yesterday! Scheduled for a family portrait at church tonight...new parish directories! I'm pretty excited about it, and all of my kids will be there..even the older one who has moved out!

Yesterday I was textbook example of SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder). Even after enjoying the long weekend, I could not being myself to get out of bed. I called in sick to work and slept all day long. On the bright side, I did so much sleeping that I didn't do a lot of eating!
Today I'm feeling a little better, but I feel like my head isn't attached to my body. I guess I haven't fully come out of my day-long hibernation. Let's hope this funk doesn't stick around all winter like it did last year...

I'm plugging along. Last week I felt really burned out with exercise, so I took a bit of a break. Despite that and weekend eating, I'm right in range weight-wise today. I'm back on the workout bandwagon and I'm paying close attention to food.
Other than that, just busy, busy! I hope everyone is well. =)
Well, I'm back to where I want to be weight-wise with about 11 pounds to go until my goal for December 22. We'll see if I get there or not, but all I can do is just make sure that I eat within range, continue with my exercise, sleep and water and just see what happens.
I've also decided to start running with a group from my gym on Tuesday and Thursday mornings. The route I take is well lit, but there was still an attack recently on a female jogger (she fortunately got away) not too far from my route, so I figured it was time to stop tempting fate and go with strength in numbers. There are a few that run at about the same pace that I do, so that's a good thing. We'll see how it goes tomorrow.
Doing well, continuing to lose gradually, and close to the bottom of my range. This doesn't work so well for the Thankful Maintainer Challenge, though, in which the winner is whoever stays the closest to their stated target, and I chose the middle of my range!

yesterday went well - first run in the snow, 5 miles, managed to do ST for the first time in a long time, then went for an afternoon walk, 1.3 miles. that's as good as it gets. nutrition was good, too - probably snacked a bit much while preparing dinner, but i don't think it had much effect. so all in all, a good one!
