Amber, welcome to you. I just started this. I have already found this to be helpful reading that even at maintenance, others are struggling from time to time with bingeing.
I had a plan for yesterday but had to readjust in the afternoon because of doing something with DH away from home. So my eating changed. I did get to my bodypump class.
Today's whole plan has been changed because of a need to make an out of town trip. I won't be able to do the meal preps I had planned to do. I did a 60 min. step aerobics DVD this morning rather than the running I had hoped to do - too cold to run outside and not enough time to drive into the Y to run there. But that's all part of life and learning to maintain - working on readjust when necessary.
