We're travelling, so food is from cafes, restaurants, the market - I'm eating near the upper end of my range, but we're walking everywhere so the average day is about 6 or 7 miles. I usually lose this way, so I'm just having fun. Biggest problem is getting fruits/vegs, since we're trying to keep costs down - but I've started buying fruit from the market and that's helping. (I don't want to buy a head of lettuce and carry it around, LOL - one or two apples is easier to deal with!)

For the first day in a couple of weeks, I am actually on target with eating and fitness. Yes, travel and special events do me in, and I have been eating like there's no tomorrow. Will need some time eating in weight-loss mode.
Had an INCREDIBLY busy morning, but first details on the rest of my birthday celebration yesterday!
Work was pretty busy with...well...work and birthday wishes. Left work early to go get my annual mammogram. After that, I had some extra time before boot camp, so I did some strength training. It felt incredible. Then, it was sushi and a German Chocolate cupcake for dinner, then bed. Was a little high on the calories and carbs, but that was the first time EVER that I was pushing critical mass in those departments.
So today, I was up at 4, on the road at 4:30 doing a 3 mile run, and at my church by 6:30 this morning, volunteering for their annual 5k race. When that was done, I was at the gym doing some abs and yoga. Now home to quickly eat some lunch, then I'm off to get my hair cut. Tonight, I'm off to the movies with my girlfriends. :)
So yep, it's a busy day....tomorrow will be a little less busy, but not much! Hope all of you are having a sensational Saturday!
Nutritionally I did okay this eek, but barely saw any movement on the scale. Really needing to get back to the gym more, but have gotten in almost 13 miles so far this week and planning to do 3 or so today plus got in a yoga/pilates class. Going to see my sis compete in a figure competition tonight and then, as her reward, are going for pizza. Besides that, I have a ladies group event at church this morning, then packet pick up for my race next weekend and get in a run at the gym. Tomorrow morning is a meeting a work, then, pilates or strength training at 9AM and church at 11AM or church at 9Am and Zumba at 1PM, depending on sis' schedule. Looking forward to a few days off in a row next weekend. Taking a couple of vacation days for a long weekend for my birthday. Kind of have a full schedule already for those days, but all stuff I really want to do. So, even though the scale isn't moving quite like I would like, I have to say that I am pretty much pleased with the way the week has gone.

good morning! yesterday went well - 5 mile run in the morning, 1.4 mile walk in the afternoon, admiring pelle the border collie's frisbee skills. made it through the week almost up to the 30 mile goal, but sunday was a travel day. if we manage 6 miles today, we'll do it.
nutrition went well - pea soup for lunch with hummus wrap, and black bean soup and salad for dinner. still having trouble making breakfast "stick" at night - i keep going for a snack at about 4 a.m. (breakfast is at 1 a.m., more or less). still, weight looks like it will end ok for the week - despite rainy, gray weather.
