Not good! Last night was Halloween here. I got a few things and have been giving out stuff to some of the kids I see. But, I started eating the candy, too. Have not been happy with my weight this week. Cindi

69 trick or treaters this year. A little over calorie only, but over. Due to ice cream, but I have been wanting it for days and not quite having enough calories. Rather collapsed a little.

Sitting here at my desk in my office-appropriate costume (cat ears and whiskers painted on with eyeliner, and an orange sweater). Feeling festive, but will NOT indulge in more than 2 pieces of candy.
I'm disappointed in myself. I definitely overate last night--by 200 cals-- and sat on my butt instead of going to the gym.
I've got 48 fitness minutes left (I think, I can't see my ticker in this view), and it must be done TODAY. The plan is to get home and get it over with right away, then maybe convince BF to go out for dinner and scary movie.
Last year we stayed home and passed out candy, but the majority of trick-or-treaters were high schoolers who weren't in costume. That's cheating! Plus, I ate more than a few candies out of the bowl... so won't be doing that this year ;)

Good morning! Getting back to normal after Sandy. DS still w/o electricity as of last night so he spent night here. Will be joining friends for our monthly get together and then heading to the gym for the first time this week.

Closed again last night, so I didn't get to bed untill after 11PM and up at 4:45 this AM. Work 7-4 then going to try to stop by the fitness center for a quick run and then home to make dinner and hand out candy. May forgo the run though....and dear old friend contacted me yesterday and is in town and wanted to go hear a band tonight and dance. Counts as fitness AND fun. Might have to change those plans!

I put brisket in the crock pot last night and the aroma woke me up at 3am so I've been up ever since. Thankfully I didn't stay up too late last night! I plan on having a good day re food (no Halloween candy!!!) and I'm going to go for a 90 minute hike with my dog

I've been up most of the night with this darn cold. Going to work from home today, I think, and at some point, head to CVS for decongestants. I'm in PAIN and exhausted, so that meant no boot camp this morning. :( May try to do some strength training later if I'm up to it.
