Congratulations to you!! What an awesome accomplishment!! How exciting to be at maintenance.
I've started to work on building muscle as well. It was a disappointment when the scale went up one pound from muscle gain - although my pants are much looser and I fit in a smaller size at the store yesterday.
Best wishes to you for continued success with your journey!! Carol

I expect to level off about ten pounds down from where I am right now. Then I am going to set a more narrow goal range than I have today. Right now it is 20 pounds. Weight watchers says a healthy weight for me is between 130 something and 164, but they give you two pounds over and count you at goal because of clothes or something. So that is a big range. I still have all the skin that used to cover the 365 pounds back in the 1980's and I don't plan to have any surgery, for some reason it does not bother me (probably because the looser skin is under my clothing mostly, and it doesn't hang like some I have seen) yeah I know TMI. But it must weigh something so I know I am not going to 130 anything. Still. I can see maybe 150 or so being a nice weight. I am already getting the "you are getting too thin" feedback, but it is Not so.

That's just great! I took all the pressure off myself when I got to the top of a healthy weight range and still continued losing slowly over the next few months. I levelled off ten pounds later and have been within a few pounds of that number ever since. Good luck in this exciting leg of your journey and congratulations again!
My name's Tina. I lost more than 90 pounds between March 2010 and March 2012 and have been keeping if off ever since.
Thanks Tina. This time somehow seems almost better than the first time, because my focus is not on changing to some other eating pattern. I can say that the way I eat and exercise now is sustainable and healthy. I expect to go down from here, but I don't want any time pressure on myself. When I shift to lifting again it changes things :).

I got to the top of my Weight Watchers goal range on Thursday 10/25/12 and I like that date very much, so my plan is to make that the anniversary date for tracking maintenance here on the team. I do plan to lose some more, but my focus now is changing to muscle building and the losses are going to slow considerably. I weighed in within my goal range at the meeting yesterday, so I have validated the number for myself. How do I get on the list of folks who are counting days of maintenance? Thanks to all. My meeting people are really supportive, I believe that this time it is truly for the rest of my lifetime.
