Great topic!

Can I suggest we move this topic to the "Improving our Team and Resources for Maintainers" forum, so it'll be easier to find for people looking for this sort of thing?

Many of our members use resources outside of those we can find here on SparkPeople to help ensure their ongoing success. Another member, MANDELOVICH, recently turned me on to a great series of podcasts by Renee Stephens called 'Inside Out Weight Loss' that I think are wonderful for aligning our mind, body and spirit so we can be successful in managing our weight. Although some of her podcasts are geared towards those who are at the beginning of their weight loss process, I think many of them are totally relevant to people who are maintaining:

I've just listened to her most recent episode, "Dream Yourself Slim" and also one that addresses an ongoing concern of mine "Adding a Gray Scale to Black and White Thinking".

If you have a favorite podcast, blog or other site that you use and find helpful, I encourage you to please share a link to it here along with a brief description of why it helps you so that other members of the team can benefit as well.

My name's Tina. I lost more than 90 pounds between March 2010 and March 2012 and have been keeping if off ever since. Had a baby at the end of April 2016 and am working to get back to my pre baby form, or at least as close to it as I realistically can!
