ooops, sorry to have added to the confusion! I must have been more tired this morning than I thought. Guess that means I need to hit the sack EARLY tonight and get some good rest. There is always tomorrow to catch up I guess.

This one's for Saturday the 20th, right?
Anyhow, I was glad for the early night after the past two late nights. Got to sleep at around 10ish and woke up at 6, so it was nice to be able to have a full night's sleep.
Going to Zumba this morning for their "Party in Pink" event, and either going to the zoo or exploring some trails in the park where the zoo is this afternoon. Still trying to decide which one to do...oh well, I'll figure it out when I get there at the latest! In either case, the weather will agree with me: sunny and in the high 60s. :)
OK, staring at the threads this morning, I felt like I dropped into the Groundhog Day movie. Three threads, all 10/19? I think I'm in the right place.
Saturday morning is for my "long" run - long being a relative term lately. The weather looks nice. I'll see how far I can go.
Have a good day everyone and good racing if that's in your plan.
The race is not always to the swift, but to those who keep on running.

Up at 5:30 to get ready for race...now just waiting for my ride(r). Breakfast at Panera before the race...can't wait to try the new fall oatmeal-breakfast at Panera before a race is like a ritual :) Gonna be a great morning for a run, and the trail will be beautiful. Have a great day, everyone!

Okay, well I'll get us started this morning. Yesterday was a long one - left the house at 7:30 AM and didn't get home till after 9PM. Today will be a 6:30 till 8:30, so just as long. Hope nutrition goes as well. It is super hard to stay within limits and micro nutrients suffered a little, but it could have been much MUCH worse. The worst part is that there was no time to get any quality fitness in, but I did try to get some power walking in a work and used every excuse I could to do some of the heavier work and lifting just to get in some activity. Contemplating getting a fitbit just to encourage myself to stay more active even on the days when there is simply NO time to make it to the gym or to run. Posted my avg wt for the week on the challenge. This is going to help me immensely to stay focused on a daily basis! Hope you all have a great weekend!
