Over 110 pounds gone for good!
@ Celia - What a great event! That link made me miss NOVA, the sights, the W&OD Trail from Mt Vernon all the way to WVA. I don't miss the traffic though.
I had a great aerobics/weights class this morning followed by 2 miles on the tm.
Dinner is leftover turkey chili and steamed veggies.
The race is not always to the swift, but to those who keep on running.
The major check-in for me is on Willow's thread, but wanted to check in here too. :)
Great night last night at the art museum (Tiffany lamps and "Vertigo". FABULOUS!), and good run this morning. Ready to rock this Friday and get a good start to the weekend. :)

@Celia. Good for you! Got up early and hit the elliptical in my house before I could think better of it! Done now. Sweaty. Good feeling.
