Hi Didi. It is a new thought process so take your time to settle in. As mentioned it is hard to go from one set of habits, losing, to andother. This has been a life saver for me and i think you will be happy you dropped by.
Don't set your limits until you have tested them...

I think maintaining is just as much work (at least at first, until we create newer habits) as starting to lose weight is. Especially since it requires a slight readjust in how much we can "let" ourselves eat (more than weight loss, but not as much as pre-weight loss!).

Congratulations on reaching your goal and welcome to the Team. I just recently reached my WW goal and am also new to maintaining. We can learn to maintain together as I too am looking to other team members for their experiences, insight and support.
Happiness is within us all, it's up to us to find our joy - we can't expect others to find it or provide it for us.
The only 'real' thing in our lives thats an absolute constant is CHANGE...and somehow, someway, me must be willing to except and adapt.
