hi everyone, checking in to continue the accountability here.
bloat must be my middle name today. water weight seems to just pack on with long flights, and takes a few days to disappear. and hunger seems fairly constant, since your body has no idea what meal it should be eating. trying to fill the hunger with veggies. i didn't think i had eaten poor choices thurs, but evening weight was the top end of my "range" which i haven't seen for a long time. yes, i know it is water, yes, i know it will go away, but i have to *see* the number, or it does not exist. and so i will stay on track.
we had all kinds of energy when we woke up, and started the day by walking almost 6 miles, so that took care of fitness nicely. and since i will *not* give up on my ST streak, i still got in my crunches and wall pushups, of course right before bed. but no energy for a second walk, just ran out of steam. which is typical when i hit sleep deficit.
live every day so the border collie is happy for a good, active life!
