I have been so busy with business, Mexico, News letters, doctors and social activities. I do post devotionals, post my log in points, do my points if I can, write a blog every once in a while and change my status every day, Make calls, pray for people study for Sunday School so you see why I don't get onto the chat too much. Sorry.
Tonight my knee is hurting worse than it ever has but think it is better now. Tomorrow will be busy also.
I haven't forgotten you.

The Lord bless you
and keep you;
The Lord make His face shine upon you
and be gracious to you;
the Lord turn His face toward you and give you peace.

Genealogists live in the past lane.

The past is our definition. We may strive, with good reason, to escape it, or to escape what is bad in it, but we will escape it only by adding something better to it.

Today is day two of spontanious guests from out of town. I am super glad they are here, but it means lots of restaurant food.

Fortunately(?), it also meant lots of exercise via cleaning. emoticon

I'm here. Pretty much sticking to calorie count. Love the freggies, Fish twice a week, vegie or chicken other nights, pretty much giving up red meat and maintaining my 5 mile a day walking habit.

Had a long (but very slow) hike with some people from Taiwan I've met. Will probably log in as 120 min even though we were gone from the car over 4 hrs. Enough incline to be a strength workout for my legs. Light rain this afternoon, keeping us in the 70s. Dinner plans tbd...

TS Isaac is passing by, so we're doing indoor stuff today. But yesterday was in range, I got in my ST this morning, and I'll try to figure out some cardio. The pool is out for the moment.

I'm a pound over today. Still recovering from vacation. I let it throw me off track with both eating and exercise.

So long as I am slowly recovering weight wise I'll continue to not track calories. If I'm still over goal at the end of next week I'll go back to tracking. I've tamed the carb cravings brought on by 2 high (white) carb days and I think my eating is in an OK place now.

I've been to the gym every day this week. After a week of light activity (a few runs, normal walking), I kept things a bit light (intensity or length wise) for a few days but I'm back to my usual intensity now.

I'm looking for a way to shake up my fitness after the start of school.

There is no secret. Eat less. Move more. Love yourself. benchedbiologist.wordpress.com/

Trying to keep this item going while 62NVON is on vacay.

I went over my calories yesterday by a little over 100, but I had done well the previous 3 days, so I'm not too concerned. Sure is easier when DH is home. Also, I got in a longer walk (50 min) on a new route, and that freshened up the fitness a bit. Looking forward to ST today.
