It was a bit challenging to go back down in calories to my usual 1750 after yesterday's overage, but I did it.

Tonight I played a bit more with the maintenance anniversaries charts and finally got Google Docs to label the dots on the pounds lost vs years maintained graph. It looks really cool! Take a look!

docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=
0A
h4KrA4GkhKgdC1oVGRkVTA0bUNTZk5zTGtzeR>HZGRmc#gid=16

You can hover over a point with your mouse to see the specific data about someone.

P.S. If you'd like to get yourself onto this graph, sign up to celebrate your Maintenance Anniversary, here:
docs.google.com/spreadsheet/viewform
?f
ormkey=dC1oVGRkVTA0bUNTZk5zTGtzeHZGRR>mc6MQ#gid=0

Never, ever, EVER give up!

From BMI 53 (336 lbs) to under 30. Now aiming for less than 20% body fat.

Strange day for food... late breakfast at a diner, coffee and cookie (shared with sister) at Starbucks, then family dinner at SIL's with great salad, but too tempting garlic bread. Still stayed in calorie range. Have downloaded Libra to my phone and am staring a plan to be down 7 lbs by 45th college reunion. (that would be about 3 lbs. below goal. What I like about Libra is that it mathematically calculates your average loss not just the day to day up and downs.

Lost 65 lbs and maintained since 2006.

Closed last night and opened today - meeting before work and got a break in the middle of the day for church. Missed working out, and forgot to track the frozen yogurt that I had for a snack this afternoon and then made a smoothie (kale and lite cranberry juice and banana and melon) tonight. Wound up putting me about 60 cals over for the day. Tomorrow, after work, is a double (1.5 hour) work out day and then Tues evening afterwork is a good run. Got to keep the tracking and nutrition in line to keep it on track.

Checking in again to say that after getting sparked by a secret to success, I managed two 10 minute bursts on the bike upstairs. Then decided to get my steps by doing part of a walk fit DVD. Ended up doing 30 minutes, got my step for the day and achieved my 45 minutes plus! Thank goodness for SP!

Welcome, LoriLeePage!

Your day sounds like one of my PMS days. :o) The good thing is, those anomalies usually disappear the next day! Sometimes I watch a movie to give my brain a break from the day's mindset.

a good day here - calories on the high end, but exercise was too. so the the equation was good all around. 3 mile walk in the morning, 6.3 mile run in the afternoon. easy dinner of leftover soup from yesterday plus 3 bean chili from the freezer. and pleasant boat ride after dinner. can't complain...

Hi, I'm pretty new to the team, but am looking for where I can leave a daily message. This must be where I do it!

Feeling a little testy with hubby today, so am angry and feel like throwing in the towel today, but so far haven't done anything negative with my eating. I feel like rebelling and not doing my workout. Heck with getting my star for making 10000 steps and doing a 45 minute workout,& for making my weekly goal on my "star chart". I don't remember ever having a day like this in the year I've been with SP! I've got to get it together here!

Hello, maintainers! =)

Yesterday was a little crazy, but I did NOT eat because of it! :P

Today should run smoothly unless we go to the second-run theater and eat out. I am fine not ordering popcorn (It took me a while to get out of that habit!), but unplanned/unresearched restaurants can be iffy sometimes.

Good morning, team!

Quick check-in from my phone. Yesterday was pretty good. I was lacking on water. I will remedy that today.

Enjoy the rest of the weekend!
