it was a good day - DH and i ran/walked/ran 6.6 miles this morning, fjord dipped, worked a few hours, then shopped after lunch in a small town that we reach by boat (10 minutes) instead of by car (40 minutes). it makes grocery shopping much more fun (and strength training at the same time, carrying the bags home up the hill). now we have a fridge refilled with lots of good freggies. dinner in the garden, followed by an evening walk - and we saw a mama moose with two calves across a field - pretty amazing!
