Good Sunday afternoon to the 5%!
I'm Carol and I just joined this team after an invite from 4AHEALTHYBMI...although I must admit I have previous lurked on your threads and read your stuff, but never joined. I've kept 60 pounds off for almost 4 years...and now I'm working to keep 65 off...a real challenge. I struggle with weekend eating, like most. AND, I've upped my strength training and my protein, which means more calories during the week. All that has put me at the top of my maintenance range...not where I like to be. I'd love to say the weight gain is muscle, but after only 3 weeks, I'm not sure I can claim that.
Today is a rest day for me. I do plan to tackle a flower bed later today after it cools off a bit...I'm in Florida and it is frickin' HOT today.
