Good Morning Y'all!
Hope everyone is well. Stay strong!

Denise, Google on "healthier foods' to help prevent and reduce migraines. There are foods that will trigger them. I've been very fortunate to have only two that I can count of and yet I will never forget them. All the best...

My husband was home for a month and he kept wanting to take me out to eat, so I got back up to 110. This last week I had a migraine, which I get due to low blood sugar, and the only way out of them is to eat lots of food, so this week I'm up to 112. Still, I consider anywhere from 105-115 to be my range, so I am maintaining.

I started SP at 138 lbs in October 2010. My goal weight was supposed to be 125, which I reached in January 2011. I have stayed at 125 (give or take a few pounds) ever since.

I am less than a pound over goal weight - giving myself a 2 or 3 pound loop.

Met my goal Feb 23, and I've maintained within 3 lbs throughout March. I was slowly gaining though, and with 2 weeks in a row with a gain, I have returned temporarily to my weight loss daily target. ( I use Weight Watchers Points Plus) I am heading back toward my goal again now.

MAARTJEBOL, you're fine, stay where you are and carry on! There are others here still trying to get to their goal weight!
_LINDA! Congrats on maintaining through the bs of life. I know how hard it is when I can't go out and run because of an injury. Great job!

Maintaining your weight through surgeries is amazing! Congratulations!

Don't you love the ticker that shows the number of weeks on maintenance.
52 weeks sound and looks much better than 1 year.

The same with pounds, kilogram, and grams.

in one pound there are 453.59237 grams
in one kilogram there are 1,000.0 grams
in one kilogram there are 2.20462262 pounds

In my case, I've lost and kept off 226,796.18 grams (50 pounds)

Because DW & I have been successfully maintaining, we had an opportunity to share good eating at our local Taste of Dunedin here in Florida. My blog confirms a mission accomplished. It just gave us more of a Spark to continue to maintain our healthy lifestyle and, hopefully, motivate and inspire others!

I'm in range, but a couple pounds above where I like to be. With spring coming and the chances for hiking just around the corner, I should be back there soon.

Well done persistencemimi, that is amazing!! I have been maintaining since Feb 1 2011, in spite of three surgeries and a long exercise lay off. I think I am seriously going to stay at this weight range always! My health is no longer an excuse!

MAARTJEBOL, I have no authority to answer your question, but I have never seen anyone leave because they were not in range (unless they chose to do so and I would not know who). I think as long as you are in the ballpark and working toward your new goal you are fine to stay. As to counting the year, again, I don't know -- this would be an interesting question to pose to the leaders of the team. Hope they give us all the answer.

For a brief time, II was up 9 lbs over goal (frustrating) after being in absolute control for so many months. I just took off 4 lbs which puts me within 2 pounds of my maintenance range again. Would like to lose 6 more. Feeling very much in control.

I am actually 2 lbs. below my original goal which I changed to a lower number to be lower into my BMI range.

So what happens if you are temporarily no longer "at Goal and Maintaining". Do you leave the team? Do you start counting again from the time of returning to goal. When my year is up and I am back at maintenance, does it count as one year of maintenance?

I just reached goal earlier this month and have been doing pretty well navigating my first few post-goal weeks. I'm going through a bit of a mental block as I transition from weight loss to weight maintenance mode, but have been getting great advice from the other maintainers here. I'm currently about three pounds under goal and am beginning to slowly move towards stabilizing my weight.

My name's Tina. I lost more than 90 pounds between March 2010 and March 2012 and have been keeping if off ever since.
