We have another chat coming up this Wednesday, April 2, at 8 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. which means:

7 if you're central
6 if mountain
5 if Pacific

I'm curious as to people's impressions of The Real Skinny and other loose-skin related issues. So I'll have a few questions towards that end.

Even if it's just real-time chit chat, I'm all about it. Anything to get we maintainers talking together!

Hey guys --

Thanks to everyone who showed up for the first go-round for our chats. Any feedback is welcome before I start really spreading the word about them.

A few things I'll do differently -- my reminder e-mail came a bit late, and I'll get those out earlier. I'll definitely begin looking at group chat options purely for IKIO.

Otherwise, If you have any feedback for me, or a topic you'd like covered, or if you'd prefer something less structured, just holler. Basically, the more feedback the better as we're just beginning these.

The time is kind of iffy for me, but I'd like to check in for the chat if it turns out I'm home then. If that happens, I'll probably be late to the chat, then leave early because it's scheduled past my bedtime.

I'm on Pacific time. Do you send out a reminder?

I started SP at 138 lbs in October 2010. My goal weight was supposed to be 125, which I reached on January 17, 2011. I have stayed at 125 (give or take a few pounds) ever since.

Hi guys,

Not seeing many group chat options, so I decided I'd just make some.

The first Wednesday of the month we're going to have discussions on maintenance issues led by myself, 4A, and a plethora of other maintainers later on.

The first is 8pm EST, Wednesday, March 7 | What Experts Don't Know About Maintenance.

April 4th | Have you arrived? Determining when to stop, keep going, and what is your idea of "maintaining."

These chats are accessible from Second Helping's Facebook page, itself a frequent place I ask questions, talk recipes, share news and expand the community about the board.

Like and log in at www.facebook.com/secondhelping. A post for the event is there for you to sign up, and I'll provide instructions as March 7 draws closer.
