Hmmm... I got a 61%. I kept thinking that my answers were overwhelmingly more positive than they would have been even one year ago, and I was thinking as I went through it how much progress I've made. Anyway, I guess the quiz told me things I already knew. (It's self reporting, though, so it would have to.) My main 'weak area' is social interactions, which I knew. Oh well, I'd rather focus on all of my progress (and I have had a LOT of success in the past year!) and on the areas that I know I'm ready to improve in. It would be pretty silly if my self-esteem took a hit because of a self-esteem quiz, wouldn't it? :)

Neat site, I got an 83%, not too bad, but I like how it splits out the results so you can see your "problem" areas. I need to work on social bonds, not really a big surprise to me, but I can see it being helpful for me overall.

Self-esteem is a huge factor in your health. Your health can contribute to low self-esteem just as low self-esteem can contribute to health problems. I found this online test for measuring yourself esteem. I think it is pretty insightful.
